This self catering accommodation is available for holiday let 52 weeks of the year - ideal for family holidays, golfing parties or those looking to relax in front of some beautiful coastal scenery. Offering fine sea views over West Bay and picturesque islands of Craigleith, Lamb and Fidra, although there is no garden a beautiful beach is just 20 yards from the front door!

This gorgeous home contains all mod cons and will sleep up to 8 people within 2 double, 1 twin and 2 single bedrooms.

Rooms: The rooms in Beach House are spread over three floors.

Living Area: The kitchen is fully fitted including fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine, with a good sized dining room next door. Both on the ground floor. The sitting room is on the first floor offering a fantastic view of the beach.

 

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: You will find a double and a single bedroom on the first floor, with the master bedroom and a twin and single bedroom on the second floor. There are two bathrooms in the house, on the ground and second floors, both have a full three piece suite with a shower above the bath.

 

North Berwick is located in East Lothian around 25 miles from Edinburgh city centre, there are established road and rail links, with a 30 minute train journey running every hour and a one hour bus journey every 30 minutes. Offering both individuals and families a great variety of activities, whilst at the same time offering perfect, peaceful, relaxing, tranquil holidays and great day visits.

 

Beach House is only a few minutes walk from the harbour and the Scottish Seabird Centre. In addition to the towns shops and restaurants, North Berwick also provides a host of attractions such as  North Berwick Sports Centre: The Lodge Grounds: East Links: Boat trips: Beaches: Castles and much much more

East Links Glen Golf Club The Glen Golf Club is one of the most popular of East Lothian golf courses. Whether you have played golf in Scotland before, or if this is your first visit, the Glen is a golfing venue not to be missed. This North Berwick East Links course enjoys superb views across the Firth of Forth and provides an enjoyable test of golf for all levels of player.

 

North Berwick Golf Club  The West Links offers a unique golfing experience, and poses a true challenge for even the most proficient golfer. It is a true links course – steeped in history – and complete with traditional revetted bunkers, blind holes, drives over walls and burns together with magnificent views towards the sea. 

 

Gullane Golf Club  Gullane Golf Club offers championship quality links courses with dramatic views across the Firth of Forth to Edinburgh and Fife. The three Courses do not have names but simply numbers which reflect their age.
Gullane No. 1 has a long history of hosting international Championship events and is an Open Championship Qualifying Course. Gullane No.2 has also been used for Open Championship Qualifying. Gullane No.3, whilst being the shortest, still provides a stern challenge for golfers of all abilities.
 

Muirfield Golf Course From the championship tees, the course stretches to a formidable 6,970 yards and still adds up to a par-70 6,601 yards off the medal tees. Although the thick rough and cavernous bunkers, of which there are 151, can make it a very severe test, it is a course which invokes respect from all who have tangled with it. Henry Cotton called it ‘cruelly fair’. Tom Watson said there was ‘not a weak hole on the course’
 

Luffness New Golf Club  One can be astonished in middle age to walk off the 18th green feeling so invigorated and refreshed. The nature of the turf probably has something to do with this, being of the springy type which gives gently to the feet, like a rich Persian carpet. The sea air too has its beneficial qualities and the course is sensibly flat apart from minor undulations associated with seaside courses.
