The Accommodations

The Villa : a typical building of the Maremma of 20 years, is situated on a hill in the heart of the farm with wonderful views of a beautiful landscape, fields, woods and sea.
The Villa is surrounded by olive groves, wheat fields, Mediterranean vegetation and a pond.  On the one hand, the medieval village of Capalbio invites us to bevisited, the other the shining sea and the beautiful beaches of the Argentario we invite you to a refreshing bath from the hot sun of Maremma. Here nature is the protagonist of excellence and gives hospitality to all those who are looking for a source of peace and prosperity.

La Corte : old barn with a barn, completely restored in a beautiful location on top of a hill.  Your eyes will be filled with a wonderful landscape, cultivated fields,olive groves, woods, sea, the medieval village of Capalbio.Its easy to meet the animals of the local wildlife, deer, hares, pheasants, wild boars at night.The scents are amazing and unique in the Maremma.The sunsets are incredibly beautiful, the sun plunges into the sea and gives you good night. The green of the Mediterranean relaxes you, the cool sea breeze caresses you. The countryside and the sea combine togive you a unique feeling.

Il Casale : farm completely renovated old warehouse, surrounded by wheatfields, olive groves and Mediterranean scrub. Located on a hill overlooking the sea and the medieval village of Capalbio Talamone on one side and the other with its gulf. The beautiful beaches of the Argentario with their crystal blue seaawait you. The air is perfumed with the sun and simplicity. Even the deer, wild boar, hares and other animals of the local fauna are ready to welcome you. Nature is the mistress of the house and here is always very friendly,puts you at ease, she loves you and you recharge your batteries.

Capalbio, a small medieval town is the last strip of coastal southern Tuscany, in the heart of the Maremma area in which blend harmoniously the most typical of the Mediterranean and those of the earth where man has spent a lot of trouble with the work. Thereare obvious traces of a history of deep and mysterious, where nature is strong and wild, full of contrasts between the sea, the spot, the campaign. In this land healthy and smiling, took turns after the Etruscansettlement of farms and large Roman villas.

The Argentario Golf Club, which hosts various of the most important golf tournaments in Tuscany and Italy, features 18 panoramic holes for a total of 6,218 metres and par 71. The course has been awarded the “Agri Cert” certification for its bio eco-compatibility, and all products used for its maintenance are completely natural.

 

Saturnia Golf Club  40 minutes 40km

Tuscany Maremma’s mild climate and nearby hot springs make our course an ideal all-year-round destination for a game. The project is the brainchild of architect Ronald Fream of Golfplan, the studio responsible for some of the most prestigious courses in the world. The 18-hole, par 72 and 6,316m course is gently undulating and full of hazards and bunkers defending wide and long greens.

 

Il Pelagone Golf Club 40 minuties 60km

Golf Club Toscana was founded in 1999 and was designed by Keith Preston. 18 Holes, par 71 was elected top 10 New Golf Course in Italy by Italian journalists. Due to own water reservoirs our fairways present themselves all the year long in a perfect shape even in the hottest summer days. Experienced players Will enjoy the natural course with the great panoramic views at the seaside of elba island . The greens are very tricky and one must pay attention to the various bunkers which protect them.

Punta Ala Golf Club  60 minutes 90km

The Golf Club Punta Ala has begun its activity in the spring of year 1964. The course situated in a panoramic zone with sight on the sea, develops one total length of mt.6.168 with a PAR 72 with reading and natural undulations of the land, in beautiful half of the " maremmana undergrowth " composed from vegetation of trees evergreen: domestic and marine pines, cork-tree, secular ilex, oaks, bushes arbutus-tree that they constitute also beautiful natural obstacles for the game
