Kettle Holiday Cottage is a brand new purpose built holiday cottage located within Kingskettle, Fife, Scotland. It is a single story building. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower enclosure, open plan lounge, diner and kitchen . French doors lead from the bedroom to a private decking area with a Hot Tub.

The decking area has been arranged to afford privacy for those using it. Sit in the Hot Tub at night, look at the stars and your stresses will bubble away.
The Village: Kingskettle is a quiet charming village which is nestled in the Howe Of Fife. It is about 30 min drive from St Andrews and the East Neuk of Fife and within easy reach of all main tourist attractions. The village has a local Hotel which serves excellent food and a further two pubs. There is a small Post Office / Grocery store and an outlet which sells freshly prepared rolls, baguettes etc from early morning. It is located 1 mile from Ladybank Railway Station which gives passengers a hassle free trip to all major destinations including Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee, Inverness etc.

Cycling : Walking : Birnie Loch is a wild life reserve just a 5 minute car drive away. Nearby nature reserves such as the Isle of May and the Tay Estuary are well known bird watching areas : Fishing : Horse Riding : Clay Pigeon Shooting : Archery, Falconry.

Ladybank Golf Club
A heathland course of Championship status (Par 71) set amongst heather, pine trees and silver birch. The Championship course (6754 yards) has two loops of nine holes - visitors generally use the blue course (6299 yards).
Falkland Golf Club
Falkland Golf Course is a short, but tough test of golf, set deep in a lush farmland area known as the 'Howe of Fife'. This is a charming 9 hole courses of undulating parkland layout.
Balbirnie Park Golf Club
Situated in Markinch near Glenrothes and set within 140 acres of superb woodland, this beautiful layout opened in 1983 and, with a par of 71 and measuring 6,300 yards from the men's tees, is a good challenge for golfers of all abilities.

Scoonie Golf Club
Scoonie Golf Club is situated in the seaside town of Leven in the Kingdom of Fife. It is a picturesque parkland course about 15 miles from the famous Old Course in St.Andrews and enjoys panoramic views to the north over farmland and hills and to the south over the beautiful Forth estuary .
Thornton Golf Club
The course provides a challenge for the serious golfer and pleasant golfing experience for all. The course has a testing finishing five holes which hold your attention to the very end. Here, the River Ore comes into play with the par three, 14th 'Burn' hole a particular feature
Glenrothes Golf Club
Glenrothes Golf Course is an eighteen hole course 5857 metres long (6406 yards), par 71. The course occupies a prominent position on the high ground to the west of Glenrothes. Constructed in 1967 it is set in mature parkland and remains in excellent condition throughout the season.
St Andrews Golf
St Andrews Links is the most renowned golfing landscape in the world. It is the Home of Golf, the place where the game began and has been developed and nurtured over six centuries. At the heart of the Links, is the Old Course but it has five 18 hole courses and a nine hole course alongside it. These are all public courses and with the seventh course, The Castle Course, on a site to the south east of St Andrews, comprise the largest public golf complex in Europe.
