Situated on the promenade with wonderful views of the firth of Clyde. The apartment comprises of three spacious bedrooms. One family, one double and one twin all with en-suite facilities and colour televisions. The kitchen is fully integrated with all modern conveniences. Adjacent to the kitchen we have a drying room complete with clothes pulley and washing machine. The lounge/dining room is a modern tastefully decorated living area overlooking the seafront and Dunoon's famous Victorian pier. Comfortable seating allows you to relax and enjoy our 32" satellite television,dvd player and music system. Also a board game and book library.

 

The property has private parking,central heating and double glazing throughout. Garden furniture and electric b-b-q are situated in your own enclosed garden. Ideal for the children.

 

Dunoon

Sebright is a short walk from Dunoon's attractions:- swimming pool/health suite,Argyll gardens museum,tennis courts,cinema,golf course,bowling greens,reservoir walks and permit fishing. Dunoon also boasts a multitude of restaurants,bars and shops to suit all tastes and budgets. The immediate area is renowned for some of the best walking in Scotland, and is a great base for exploring The Argyll Forest,Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. Facilities include:- Sailing,cycling,quad biking,fishing,horse riding,pony trekking,climbing and golf.

The Cowal Golf Course in Dunoon

The Cowal Golf Club course is a James S. Braid designed, 18 hole, 6063 yard mature parkland course laid out above the Firth of Clyde on the South-East facing slopes of the Cowal peninsula, offering spectacular views across the estuary, South over the island of Bute and beyond as far as Ailsa Craig in the distance.

 

Innellan Golf Club

Innellan is an undulating hilltop course situated above the village thus granting fine views over the Firth of Clyde and beyond. It is a testing course for the high handicapper as it is not too easy to break par. Innellan is well worth the green fee alone just for the views.

 

Kyles of Bute Golf Course

Set in an area of outstanding natural beauty on the hill above Kames, the golf course offers truly panoramic views across the water to the Island of Bute. During the round there are other stunning aspects across Loch Fyne to the Mull of Kintyre, and south to the Ayrshire coast past Arran. The golf course has nine very intriguing holes, all quite different in design, requiring careful choice of both club and shot.

 

Blairmore & Strone Golf Club

Blairmore and Strone Golf Club was opened in 1896. A Braid designed course set above the Clyde with breathtaking views of Loch Long, Holy Loch and the Firth of Clyde. The course is a mixture of hilly and some flatter parkland which presents quite a challenge despite it's relatively short length of 2112 yards over 9 holes.
