The Millox Estate is in Saint Andre de Seignanx, a small village in the south of les Landes, 10 km from Bayonne and its beaches, 20 km from Biarritz, 15 km from Capbreton, 40 km from the Spanish border and medium mountains.

The « Millox Estate » is perfectly suited to welcome you and your guests on holiday and on the occasions of the most important events of your life, as baptism, weddings, and other receptions. 

The “Millox Estate” will also provide you with the proper surroundings of tranquillity and serenity to carry out reflection and works succesfully.

The outside part of the estate is laid out so as to make you enjoy sunbathing, swimming, playing tennis or “petanque” as well as simply taking a walk in the landscaped park.

With an easy access (train, car, plane), behind its flower-covered walls the domain of Millox strikes by its simplicity. You will be charmed by the decoration, the choice of materials and colours which enhance its nobility. The Amarante room - West facing double room with possibility for an extra single bed, large shower and independent restroom. View to the swimming pool and the surrounding countryside.

The Manouya room - Double room located in the main house, private shower-room, restroom on the landing.

Tourism in the Basque Country and the Landes
Strolling along paths bordered by heather, nature lovers will be able to admire, the inland "landaise" forest, the pretty villages as well as the Adour river and its tow-paths.   These areas (Chalosse, Tursan and Basque Country) are renowned for their gastronomy.  For those interested in art and culture, there are numerous museums and historic buildings to visit.  The "landaise" Coast : a single beach of 106 km extends from northerm Biscarosse to the southern mouth of Adour river and much more, please see our website.

Hossegor is one of the great classics on the Basque coast with a layout reminiscent of traditional British inland courses where the hazards are primarily trees and bunkers.The course is flat and plays beautifully all year thanks to the sandy sub-soil. Clearly visible hazards, a variety of neat greens make this a fine test of golfing ability and strategy. This is a course that conceals its real difficulties beneath a cheerful exterior.

Seignosse Golf Course - 18 holes/Par 72/6124m
Created in 1989 by the american architect, Robert Van Hagge, has a legendary layout,nestling in a wooded area of 70 hectares.  This golf course will seduce even the most demanding of players. With it's fairways bordered by pine threes and various water obstacles, this beautiful course blends in perfectly with the surrounding " landaise " landscape, while the nearby ocean conjures up an incredible feeling of freedom.

Biarritz Golf le Phare  - 5942 Yards Par 69 18 Holes
Biarritz Le Phare Golf Course was laid out more then 100 years ago and it has become a really pretty parkland course, which is very short but by no means easy.

Chiberta Golf Course - 6215 yards par 70
Chiberta is one of the great French examples of a links course, designed by the legendary Tom Simpson. This course is one of the most rewarding courses in France, and provides a wonderful day of golf to all who play on it.

The International Training Center and Golf Course of Ilbarritz
The various workstations of the Training Center allow complete training according to your desires or weaknesses.
