House of Dunes “Casa das Dunas” is located at 100m from the seaside at Soltroia Resort near Troia village, at 50 km from Lisbon, the house is located between the sea and the river. In the limit of the Natural Reserve of Sado’s river Estuary, the beach is a natural preserved area, which original dune vegetation, surrounded by pine trees.

 

Living Area

The house is surrounded by a garden with a swimming pool and has a room with exit to the garden, bathroom with Jacuzzi, fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV a sofabed and meals area.

 

Kitchen Facilities

The kitchen have a Dishwasher, washing machine, oven refrigerator, toaster, chopping and juice machine.

The Troia golf Championship Course, designed by the famous American golf architect Robert Trent Jones Senior is an amazing links and one of the most fascinating golf challenges in Portugal, located along the peninsula of Tróia – a region of outstanding natural beauty and one of the most scenic places in Portugal, between the Atlantic Ocean and the Sado Estuary, with an imposing view over the Arrábida Mountain

Robert Trent Jones Senior conceived a golf course with 18 holes, par 72, with a length of 6.317 meters, an extraordinary “master piece”, truly integrated in the natural landscape, a wonderful pine forest surrounded by sand dunes and the sea. The white sand is present, not only in the bunkers that protect the small and straight greens, but also in the surroundings where natural plants are found in abundance, giving it an extraordinary beauty.
