Accommodation:
The whole interior of Crofters has attractive wood panelling with recessed spotlights, large windows and a glass sliding door from the living area onto a decked surround. Front door into entrance hall. Open plan living room with sitting area with two 3 seater sofas (one a sofa bed), TV/DVD/video, CD player and beautiful views across the lakes, and open countryside. Dining area with table and seating for eight. Kitchen with electric hob, built-in oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer. Double bedroom with 5ft bed, fitted wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Two twin bedrooms both with two 3ft beds and fitted wardrobes. Shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC.

Outside: The Lodge is sited amongst other similar lodges and has grassed areas to all sides for anyone wishing to sit out or sunbathe. Raised decking with a table and chairs runs alongside the living and dining areas with lovely restful views over the lake and surrounding countryside.

Lakeview Lodge sleeps 6
Lakeview Lodge is a privately owned, Scandinavian style, red cedar lodge standing in a prime position. Set amongst a group of other lodges within 114 acres of parkland and its own 18 hole golf course, the lodge has magnificent panoramic views over lakes, open countryside and forest woodlands. Set within this peaceful and picturesque setting, the lodges are an ideal base from which to explore the North Devon Heritage coast. Within a short scenic drive are miles of sandy beaches, surfing at Bude and Westward Ho!, the picturesque fishing village of Clovelly and historic port and antiques centre of Bideford.

Accommodation
Decked steps to the front door and into a reception entrance hall. The whole interior of the Lodge is attractive wood panelling with recessed spotlights, large windows and glass sliding doors from the living and dining areas on to a decked surround. Door into open plan kitchen, living and dining room. The living room has two 3 seater sofas, TV/DVD/video, CD player and fantastic views across the lakes and rolling countryside. Dining area with table and seating for six, two small arm chairs. Kitchen with worktops to 3 sides, electric hob and built-in oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer. To the other side of the Lodge there is a double bedroom with 5ft bed and fitted wardrobe, a twin bedroom with two 3ft beds, wardrobe and en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC. A second twin bedroom with 3ft beds and wardrobe, views out to the lakes and a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC.

Outside: The Lodge, sited amongst similar lodges, has the advantage of being on the edge of the group with a grass area that slopes gently down to the lakes. Decking, with a table, chairs, barbecue stand and sun loungers, is alongside the living and dining areas.

Bude and North Cornwall
he Bude & North Cornwall Golf Club is a challenging links course established in 1891. Originally two clubs (North Cornwall for the gentry and Bude for the town, they were merged in 1949). Excellent drainage enables the course to be playable throughout the year off regular tees and greens. The greens have beautiful quick surfaces with both severe and subtle borrows. 18 holes. 6057 yards. Par 71. SSS 70.
