Brimfast House is located just a short ten minute drive south of Chichester set amongst open fields in the glorious Sussex countryside. We are in a peaceful location on a quiet lane with no through traffic making it a very tranquil setting and ideal base to explore the South Coast, Chichester and The Downs. Within easy reach there is a superb, sandy beach at W. Wittering ideal for bathing windsurfing and kite surfing. Goodwood Horse racing and motor racing is only 4miles away.  Portsmouth historic dockyard only 25mins by car.

 

Sidlesham village with its pub and 13th century church, Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve and one of the local waterways, where it is possible to see a wide variety of wildlife, can be easily walked to from one of the many footpaths which start close to the house.

 

For the active there is Chichester Golf Course (just 2 minutes drive away), with windsurfing, surfing, kite surfing and diving along the Bracklesham, Selsey and Wittering coastline. There's also sailing at Chichester Harbour and fishing along the Chichester Canal all within a ten minute drive.

Our Accommodation:  Accommodation is available in an annex to Brimfast House and in our Scandinavian Lodge. The accommodation has been purpose built to a high standard.

 

The Annex :   There are two large bedrooms. A large, airy conservatory provides a relaxing area to enjoy breakfast which is served between 7:30am and 9:00am. The conservatory also provides a link to the main house.

 

Ground Floor Bedroom

This room is particularly suitable for a family and comprises of a super kingsize bed (that can be converted into two single beds) and a further single bed. An additional "Z" bed is also available if required).  En-suite bathroom with electric power shower, basin and toilet. TV and tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, chest of drawers. Bedside tables with touch sensor lights. Views over the garden.

 

First Floor Bedroom
This room has a cottage feel about it with its sloping ceilings with dormer windows. The east facing window attracts the early morning sun with far reaching views over fields to Pagham church spire with the west window looking over Hunston Common. This room has one super kingsize (which again can be converted to two singles).TV and tea/coffee making facilities. En-suite bathroom with electric power shower, basin and toilet

 

Both rooms have open views over the garden and surrounding fields. Each room has an en suite shower room. They each have a television, tea & coffee making facilities, hair drier and a chest of draws. They make a snug and cosy place to stay. Ideal for two couples who can enjoy the privacy of the patio for the afternoon sun or to have drinks and even a barbecue on a summers evening overlooking the garden.

  

Breakfast 

All of our food is cooked from fresh to order, the produce we use is produced locally and free range whenever possible.

Brimfast is situated within easy reach of a vast variety of options for exploration. Whatever your tastes the area has a tremendous amount to offer.

Chichester Golf Club is one of the largest golf complexes in the South of England with its two 18-hole courses,driving range, 9-hole short course and crazy golf course. The two parkland courses are theTower course with generous fairways making a good score possible for all levels of golfers but watch out for the tricky MacKenzie greens, and the Cathedral course with one of the toughest front nine's around.
