Perfect for your holidays in Italy near Garda lake, the Villa San Pietro Bed and breakfast is a recently restored 1600 Villa retaining all of its original character. It is in a particularly calm location in the centre of Montichiari, 13 km from Desenzano on Lake Garda and it is run by a young Italian-French couple.

Anna and Jacques shall be delighted to welcome their guests in very large and comfortable rooms: the Salmon Room, the Pink Room, the Blue Room, and the Loft with private bathroom , antiques, air conditioning for the summer and central heating for the winter months, with independent entrance.

At the guests’ disposal there is a frescoed ceiling living room with a satellite TV, a common area with a fridge, private parking, a secluded garden with deck chairs and tables, a marbled-columned loggia where you can read a nice book in the summer nights.

In February 2005 some restoration works started in a second frescoed ceiling living room. A few original frescoes of 1500 were discovered and the restoration works continued for a few months and ended in September 2005. We are very proud of them!

Anna and Jacques speak Italian, English, French, and Spanish fluently and shall be glad to chat with you and let you know about local traditions and culture, they will also advise about your daily trips to: Verona, Lake Garda, Mantova, Sabbioneta, Cremona, Venise, the Botanical Garden Sigurtà etc.

Five tennis courts and an Olympic swimming pool (indoor & outdoor) only 2 minutes walking distance from the Villa.

Two golf courses are located nearby (10 miles & 15 miles), one of which is a Jack Nicklaus Jr. design.

Breakfast shall be served in the frescoed ceiling room or in the garden, but most of all, at Villa San Pietro you will find a family environment, a relaxing atmosphere : Anna and Jacques will do their best to make your stay unforgettable and let you feel at home away from your home……

Enjoy a delicious breakfast in the sitting room while admiring the ancient frescoed ceiling or in the garden.During the winter months enjoy breakfast in the frescoed ceiling room.In the summertime, breakfast is served in the garden.We offer fresh bread, baked daily, delicious homemade yogurt and a variety of jams. Enjoy cereals, orange juice, tea, coffee, and chocolate

Dinner
Upon request, we offer a five-course homemade dinner with our fresh-baked bread. Dinner includes fresh pasta, which we make ourselves, organic vegetable, and fruit.

Arzaga is situated between the Alps and Lake Garda, providing a stunning backdrop and a unique mild climate, which allows golf to be played throughout the year. The first 18 holes, Arzaga I, were designed by Jack Nicklaus II, while the 9-hole course, Arzaga II, was designed by Gary Player. Arzaga's Golf Academy is the first Teaching & Learning Centre of the PGA of Europe in Italy.  Embedded into the hilly landscape near to lake Garda, the Arzaga golf courses have been planned in different ways with the attempt to satisfie the beginner as well as the professional player.

Franciacorta golf club 40 km
18 holes: 5,924m: par 72.
,Franciacorta lies amongst the Lombardy vineyards close to the pretty little lake of Iseo.Pete Dye has an uncompromising style of design, plenty of water, island Greens etcetera, here it was tempered by the influence of local favourite Marco Croze to produce a very enjoyable course, that is slightly hilly in places.
