The villa has been skilfully renovated and converted into four luxury apartments and a studio, one apartment being occupied by the owners who are on hand to look after you as much or as little as you like during your stay.

The 3 apartments and studio are equipped to a high standard including the luxuries you would expect from a private home including air conditioning and dishwasher.

The villa is detached and is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden offering the most spectacular views over the vineyard, olive grove and Lake Garda.

Villa Ponticello is located in the heart of the countryside between the pretty villages of Manerba and Moniga del Garda. Various shops, bars and restaurants are only a short drive away from the villa and a pleasant 10 minutes walk takes you directly to the lake and beach.

Besides, there is a fully equipped swimming pool with sunloungers, parasols and diving board.

Every apartment has a private parking place. There are washing and drying facilities in the villa and for young children we have cots and high chairs available.  Our apartments are perfect for families who want to spend their holiday together!

In the garden, there is a covered barbecue and dining area with pool view. The bbq is not for individual use but the hosts at the villa can organise a wonderful catered barbecue evenings for you.

If you stay with us in the winter, we can recommend world-class ski resorts within a 1.5 - 2 hours drive.

Our apartments are open all year! All bed linen and towels are provided free of charge and water, electricity, gas and air conditioning are included in our prices.   2 pool loungers are provided per apartment and the final cleaning on departure and laundry of linen and towels is also included.

Bogliaco Golf Club
Situated close to the hills on the western side of lake Garda, Golf Bogliaco lies in a basin at an altitude of 100 metres, covered with oleander, laurel, cypresses, olive trees and other plants typical of Mediterranean vegetation.
