“Poggio Caiar” is a delightful ‘500 year old dwelling house, completely refurbished this year.

 

It’s a truly idyllic holiday home just a short stroll to Caprino Veronese and Monte Baldo with it’s big meadows, trees on the slopes and is ideal for summer excursions, walks, trekking on horseback, and picnics, where you can relax and have fun outdoors and in winter its snowy peaks are suitable for winter sport such as skiing.

Only 30 minutes away you can visit the Romantic city of Verona, or in just 10 minutes have a great time on the beautiful shores of Lake Garda, playing golf at the famous “Golf Club Cà degli Ulivi” or relaxing at the thermal baths in “Villa del Cedri’ in Colà.

Our double rooms are spacious and well proportioned (an extra bed can be made available) with a great view on the valley. These rooms are tastefully furnished with sitting rooms and private bathrooms.

The other three rooms are twin bedded, furnished with antique furniture, and private bathroom.

All the rooms have Tv Lcd/Sat/Air Conditionning/independent heating.

 

Our guests can enjoy the internet wireless zone where they can relax with cup of coffee or reading a book.

Breakfast is served in our homely and sunny kitchen and during the summer season in the relaxing garden.

Golf Ca'degli Ulivi
The 18-Holes Champion's Course is surrounded by olive groves and cypresses and offers, from some holes, a stunning view over Lake Garda to the golfer. Eastwards, you see the rolling forelands of Monte Baldo. The course is embedded in beautiful nature and its 600 metres altitude make it most challenging even for experienced golf players. The small 9-Holes Course is just as beautiful and demands precise play even from advanced players. After the game, you can recover on the lovely terrace and enjoy the amazing view over the lake.

Arzaga Golf Club
Arzaga is situated between the Alps and Lake Garda, providing a stunning backdrop and a unique mild climate, which allows golf to be played throughout the year. The first 18 holes, Arzaga I, were designed by Jack Nicklaus II, while the 9-hole course, Arzaga II, was designed by Gary Player. Embedded into the hilly landscape near to lake Garda, the Arzaga golf courses have been planned in different ways with the attempt to satisfie the beginner as well as the professional player.

Garda Golf Club
Experts consider GARDA GOLF one of the best golf courses built over the past 10 years. It stretches over an area of 110 hectares and was designed by British golfing architects. The Garda Golf Country Club is a 27-hole golf course which spreads between the Rocca di Manerba, the Castle of Soiano and the Valtenesi hills, and offers a breathtakingly beautiful panorama.
