A Casa di Mìnola, is a guest house and B&B located in Volciano, a quiet village on the hills surrounding Lake Garda and less than two km away from Salò.

 

Olive trees, vineyards and parks are surrounding the village. There, you can choose between relaxing strolls or challenging hikes.

 

A Casa di Mìnola has been recently renovated and is designed to give a friendly welcome to our guests. It is a humble environment with plenty of character. Whether you are staying for pleasure or for business, for one night or one month, you will always be made to feel at home. We welcome you warmly, and with respect for your space. The breakfast, rich in local flavours, is served in our vaulted kitchen.

Who is Mìnola?
Mìnola is the nickname of your host. The name her children have called her by since they were very young. This name is simple, intimate, loving, funny and unique, just like the environment we have created for our guests.

We have three rooms and one apartment. They are simple and well looked after to ensure a good rest. They are furnished according to local traditions and all have an independent entrance.

Mira is on the ground floor. It has a sitting area with a sofa bed, a twin bedroom and a shower-room. It has an independent entrance and it is equipped with hair-dryer, fridge, safe, air conditioning, TV and wireless connection. Mira can accommodate disabled persons.

 

Nora Room

Nora is a simple and well looked room after to ensure a good rest.Nora is furnished according to local traditions and all has an independent entrance

Nora has two floors with, on the ground floor, the lounge area and the shower-room. The sleeping area is on the mezzanine and has a double bed and a single bed. Nora is equipped with hair-dryer, fridge, safe, air conditioning, TV and internet connection.

Adjacent to the house you can find mountain bike and walking trails.. In the nearby sports centre in Salo’, tennis courts and bowls will be easily accessible and on the Lake you can practice a range of water sports.

Golf "Il Colombaro"

Not far from the center of Salò and from Benaco Lake you can find the farm that is included in the frame of an old house whose tower dates back to 1400. In this context was made the golf course 9 holes 1403 m par 29, driving range, putting green , pitching green, practice bunker.

Garda Golf
Experts consider GARDA GOLF one of the best golf courses built over the past 10 years. It stretches over an area of 110 hectares and was designed by British golfing architects. The Garda Golf Country Club is a 27-hole golf course which spreads between the Rocca di Manerba, the Castle of Soiano and the Valtenesi hills, and offers a breathtakingly beautiful panorama.

 

Bogliaco Golf Club
Situated close to the hills on the western side of lake Garda, Golf Bogliaco lies in a basin at an altitude of 100 metres, covered with oleander, laurel, cypresses, olive trees and other plants typical of Mediterranean vegetation. The raised position gives a splendid view over almost the full length of the lake and the mountains which surround it. The decidedly mild climate offers the possibility of playing all year round.

 

Arzaga Golf Club
Arzaga is situated between the Alps and Lake Garda, providing a stunning backdrop and a unique mild climate, which allows golf to be played throughout the year. The first 18 holes, Arzaga I, were designed by Jack Nicklaus II, while the 9-hole course, Arzaga II, was designed by Gary Player. Embedded into the hilly landscape near to lake Garda, the Arzaga golf courses have been planned in different ways with the attempt to satisfie the beginner as well as the professional player.
