Welcome, my name is Sylviane Tatin and it is a pleasure to present my guest house.

For a long time now, my husband and I have wanted to open a guest house so we were thrilled to have the opportunity to convert the 2nd floor of a typical French 19th century bourgeois townhouse into 4 bedrooms. Our family apartment is located on the 3rd floor.  We have tastefully converted and decorated our bedrooms with elegance and have used only materials of the highest quality to offer our guests a personal welcome and a haven of calm.

Our guest house is open throughout the year. 

We have 4 welcoming bedrooms each with an individual, personal touch represent the major sights of Toulouse.  All rooms are air-conditioned and have internet access.

Capitole Room - A spacious twin room with an attractive fireplace.  Two large French windows, on an original famous Toulousain pink brick wall, open out onto two small balconies from which St. Sernin’s Basilica can be admired.  Fully equipped en-suite bathroom and a separate WC.

Saint-Sernin Room - Large room with charming original brick walls.  Original fireplace and a double bed. Two French windows leading out onto a small balcony overlook St. Sernin’s Basilica.   Fully equipped en-suite bathroom and a separate WC.

Canal du Midi Room - Large twin room – beds can be joined to make a double bed if necessary.Two windows flood this calm room overlooking the courtyard with light. Fully equipped en-suite bathroom and a separate WC.

Garonne Room - This room has a large double bed.  Furnished with both an original fireplace and a contemporary sofa, it reflects both the modern and the classic side of our city. A French window opens out onto a small, south-facing balcony where you can relax, whilst taking in the calm of the courtyard and the fresh air.  Fully-equipped en-suite shower room with fireplace, an ample-sized shower and a separate WC.

Breakfast
In the breakfast room, a typical continental spread awaits you: French pastries and fresh, crusty baguettes straight from the bakers’, fruit juice, an array of home-made jams, fresh fruit, cakes… And of course tea, coffee, hot chocolate…. Weather permitting, and if you so wish, you can choose to have your breakfast outside on one of the breakfast room balcony tables.   What a great way to start the day...

Toulouse -  the pink city, offers visitors a specific and unique architecture, with each century having left its mark.  From the Place du Capitole to the Church of the Jacobins, from the Daurade basilica to Saint George’s square, from the Hôtel de Pierre (mansion) to the hôtel d'Assézat (mansion), from the Augustins gallery to the modern art Abattoirs gallery, every corner of Toulouse reveals its gems and secrets to those who know how to seek them out.  In the heart of the city, St.Sernin’s basilica has watched over Toulouse for nearly a thousand years.

Two 18-hole courses, including a verdant, 140-hectare international course designed by Jean Garaïalde and Jérémy Pern.  Experienced golfers will enjoy the international course: Le Parcours Rouge, 6,331 m, Par 72, slope 136, fairly technical for advanced players (Handicap limited to 24 for men and 28 for women). FFG license required. Amateurs will play on the Le Parcours Jaune 4,147 m, Par 64, slope 109, which is easier and intended for all golfers (open to the green card)

Golf de Toulouse La Ramée 7kms
Located only 10 mn away of the Capitol place, in the heart of the green area of the town called «La Ramée». You will be charmed by this 18 holes course with vast greens and water hazard, suitable to all level golfers.

Téoula Golf Club
At only 15 minutes from Toulouse, the Golf of Téoula invites you on its splendid site with eucalyptus fragrances. You will discover a superb course which will allure you by its successively flat and undulating relief combining pleasure of the eyes and quality of the greens. The 18 holes will guide you through the nature?s heart, some of them will offer idyllic panoramas of the the Pyrenées.

Palmola Golf Club
Golf CLub of Toulouse Paloma, an ancient one, is a quite difficult course. Well located, it offers very nice scenery, but has very well defended greens with difficulties related to the forest layout and to the water hazards.
