Fred and Jacqueline, the Dutch owners, love to welcome you as guest at Chateau de Blomac.

In the south of France, between Carcassonne and Narbonne, you will find our castle where you can stay in luxury (family) suites. For a night on your way to Spain, for a holiday or just a few days to relax . Rental of the whole castle (7 rooms)for family reunion or wedding is possible (we even have a bridal suite).
 

Our guest house is open throughout the year and always personal reception by the Dutch owners.

 

All our 5 bedrooms are spacious with their private bathroom, tastefully decorated and of the highest quality (length of the beds 200 cm) and equipped with wireless internet.
 

Childbed and chair possible.
 

Just relax by the large swimming pool (heated and size of 8x14 yard) or walking in the park of 5 ha.
Dining is possible with us and the other guests on the veranda with a magnificent view on the park and the Corbières.

The park is surrounded by the vineyards and the Canal du Midi is nearby. Visit Trebes and Homps with their nice terraces near the canal.

There is a lot to do: letting a boat, walking, cycling, wine tasting, visiting the local markets or the Mediterranean Sea ( 28 miles).

Just 12 miles from the 18-holes Golf Club of Carcassonne and the Cité of Carcassonne (Unesco, World Heritage).

 

Breakfast :  On the veranda or in one of the orangeries, both with magnificent view on the park, you can have your breakfast. French bread, croissants, homemade jams, cheese, yoghurt, quark, coffee, tea, orange and grapefruit juice……
 

Dinner
On reservation you can stay home and having your diner with us (table d’hotes), 4 courses including wine, coffee and tea for €32,50.

Situated close to the medieval town, the Carcassonne Golf Club well deserves it's reputation as a course of international standard. Even the most experienced and demanding players will be seduced by the exceptionnal quality of it's fairways and the speed of it's greens. The course has been created using and respecting the manual rolling relief of the terrain, designed with elegance and balance, the magnificent panoramic views giving an extra pleasure and delight. It's 18 holes totalling 5800 metres, with a par of 71, are open all year round.
