On the Landes coast : charming villa, in the heart of the Landes forest, and bordering the famous golf course of Moliets . Close to the Ocean and fine sand beaches stretching as far as the eye can reach, appreciated by surfers or amateurs of bathing in the Ocean.

 

In the afternoon you can walk to the beach through the woods, along paths crossing the golf courses, and if you are lucky you may encounter deer, hare and squirrel...

 

It is an ideal site for both relaxing or active holidays. Holidays with family or friends under the sun of the Landes, between ocean and forest at Moliets and Maa.

 

It is a luxury villa with private swimming pool and exotic wooden terrace, spacious living room (with open fireplace) facing the swimming pool.

 

The Villa can host from 10 to 12 holiday makers with its five bedrooms :

The master bedroom opens onto the swimming pool, with ensuite dressing room, bathroom & Jacuzzi, separate ensuite toilet. A second double bedroom opens onto the pine forest with ensuite bathroom and dressing room, as well as ensuite toilet.  Two more bedrooms with two single beds each, a shower and separate toilet.

 

Finally the mezzanine, opening onto the living room (cathedral style) with 2 single beds and another shower and toilet.

 

The kitchen is very well equipped with washing machine, tumble-dryer, American refrigerator, electric cooker,oven, dishwasher, microwave etc.

 

Located on the Atlantic coast, in the heart of the pine forest of the Landes and in the middle of the prestigious golf of Moliets. Only 1 km away are fine sand beaches as far as the eye can see. The safe beaches are accessibles by bicycle and pedestrian paths that cross the golf, the site is charming and peaceful for both relaxing and/or active holidays.

 

The river Huchet a narrow current where only some boats can circulate, connecting over eight kilometers, the lake of Léon with the Atlantic Ocean. Winding between the green inland dunes, crossing an ornithological reserve, and maritime forest of pines, swamps, peat bogs, then ending up in the sandy Moliets dunes.

 

In the neighbourhood: sports and leisure activities for the family: golf course with, driving range, 9 and 18 hole course, 16 tennis courts (among which 4 indoor) bicycle paths and pedestrian paths, surfing/bodyboard school, skateboard park, windsurfing board on the lake of Léon...

 

At the end of the day, in a spacious and shaded garden, fitted with attractive wooden furniture you can relax and freshen up around the swimming pool.

 

For the sportsmen, many choices in particular nautical activities such as surfing, kitesurf, bodyboard, canoe, sailing on the lake of Léon but also golf at the famous golf course of Moliets, tennis, quad, bike, survival camp, surfcasting etc..... You will find numerous hiking trails revealing the beauty of Aquitaine.

Golf de Seignosse, rated 15th best in Europe by Golf World magazine, Seignosse is a famous modern masterpiece. It threads its way through pine trees and cork oaks, over steeply undulating terrain and daunting water hazards. Rolling fairways and sand traps and water hazards. Par 72, 6129 m

Hossegor Golf Course created in 1930, this is one of the most beautiful courses in France. Every hole is lined on both sides by a variety of trees. The greens are of the best quality. You will need your handicap card to play here! Par 71, 6004 m.
