Meadowpark Lodge is a family run bed & breakfast in Portstewart on the North Antrim Coast. Situated on the Northwest 200 course it is ideally placed for road racing fans but equally suited to individuals, couples or families looking for that somewhere special to “get away from it all”.

Meadowpark Lodge is situated within walking distance to the town centre and all its amenities. Close to a range of beaches and Golf courses, it is an ideal position to explore the beautiful Causeway Coast.

 

Meadowpark Lodge offers 6 spacious en–suite bedrooms available to our guests all year round. With our traditional style, you will feel comfortable and at home with us. We have twin, double and family rooms available.

 

All rooms have en-suite facilities and include colour TVs, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer, toiletries and internet access.

 

Our tastefully decorated breakfast room will help you start your day off with a smile. Breakfast includes fresh fruit and juices, cereals, yoghurt and freshly baked bread. Of course there is the traditional fry, and a selection of other hot dishes including Cinnamon French toast with maple syrup and bacon, Continental and Vegetarian Breakfast also provided on request. We also provide packed lunches and evening meals on request.

 

Portstewart is a beautiful seaside town, which has lots to see and do.  There are many beautiful beaches in the area ideal for surfing, swimming or just having a paddle. Activities in the area include walking, cycling, fishing, golfing and lots more. There are three Golf Courses in Portstewart with many others in the area.

 

Giants Causeway, Dunluce Castle, Bushmills Distillery and Mussendun Temple are among a few of the local sightseeing attractions in the area.

 

Meadowpark Lodge is the ideal place to come home to after adventurous day out.

Portstewart Golf Club

Portstewart is one of the few Clubs in Ireland with three 18 hole golf courses and each offers something different for the Golfer

The Strand Course which is the jewel in Portstewart's crown was opened in 1992. It has 18 championship holes, 6895 yards off the back tees with a par of 72, it presents a true test of golf set in classic links country amid towering sand dunes with views at every turn of the blue Donegal hills, the rolling Atlantic and the tranquil estuary of the River Bann.
The Riverside Course was extended to a full 18 holes and opened in 2004. Running from the Clubhouse down to and along the River Bann at 5725 yards from the back tees and a par of 68. With extensive bunkers and a spectacular water feature, it offers a worthy if slightly less challenging alternative to the Strand.
The Old Course is situated at the eastern end of Portstewart, begins and ends at the site of the original course, where golf was first played in Portstewart as far back as 1889. Par 64, 4730 yards, its 18 holes set out along the rocky store before climbing inland to give breathtaking panoramic views of the coastline.

 

Royal Portrush Golf Club

Royal Portrush Golf Club is home to one of the best and most challenging links golf courses in the world, the Dunluce Links, and the hidden gem, the Valley Links. The only club in Ireland to have hosted The Open Championship, Royal Portrush is a members’ club which welcomes visitors all year round to face the challenges of its courses and to brave the testing condition

 

Castlerock Golf Club

Castlerock is a fabulous links course set among rolling sand dunes. Its scenic qualities embrace the river Bann flowing out to the Atlantic, and also eye-catching views of Donegal and on a clear day towards Scotland and the Isle of Islay. An ideal retreat in which to play golf. The Championship Mussenden Course is a par 73 with five par-5's, four par-3's, and nine par-4's.
