There's golf, tennis and fishing in abundance nearby, so it's the perfect spot for an active family holiday or a quiet break.
Melagh holiday cottage sleeps a maximum of 6 people and is rated by the Northern Ireland Tourist Board as 4 star. It was constructed in 1998 to a high quality specification and the accommodation consists of the following:

Bushmills is a Conservation Area and the surrounding area is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which contains some of the most spectacular scenery anywhere.
The bungalow is ideally located for coastal walks, fishing, golf, pony trekking and as a touring base. It is close to the many attractions of the Causeway Coast including the Giants Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge, Dunluce Castle and the superb White Rocks beach. The shopping town of Coleraine is only 7 miles away and there is a wide range of restaurants in the village and the immediate surrounding area.

Bushfoot, a wonderful testing links course. It is seaside links and, unsurprisingly, resides in an area of outstanding beauty. The club was founded in 1890 and has a number of challenging holes.
Royal Portrush Golf Club

Portstewart Golf Club
The Strand Course has 18 championship holes, 6895 yards off the back tees with a par of 72, it presents a true test of golf set in classic links country amid towering sand dunes with views at every turn of the blue Donegal hills, the rolling Atlantic and the tranquil estuary of the River Bann.
The Riverside Course with extensive bunkers and a spectacular water feature, it offers a worthy if slightly less challenging alternative to the Strand.
The Old Course is Par 64, 4730 yards, its 18 holes set out along the rocky store before climbing inland to give breathtaking panoramic views of the coastline.
Castlerock Golf Club
Castlerock is a fabulous links course set among rolling sand dunes. Its scenic qualities embrace the river Bann flowing out to the Atlantic, and also eye-catching views of Donegal and on a clear day towards Scotland and the Isle of Islay. An ideal retreat in which to play golf. The Championship Mussenden Course is a par 73 with five par-5's, four par-3's, and nine par-4's.
Ballycastle Golf Club
The first five holes of the course are on diverse parkland along the banks of the Margy and Carey Rivers and bordering the ruins of the 12th century Bonamargy Abbey. The rest of the course runs alongside the beach before rising to the "top holes" with panoramic views including the Mull of Kintyre, Rathlin Island and Ballycastle Bay.
