This 5 bedroom luxury holiday home is situated in the grounds of the Mount Juliet Conrad Hotel Estate in Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny.

 

The Owner

This mansion is owned by Ireland's Only Female Dragon - Sarah Newman from RTE's Dragon's Den. Sarah is one of the country's most successful businesswomen who is is developing her rental business to offer six-star accommodation.

 

The Inch

The Inch consists of individual large houses by the river, just five minutes walk from the Mount Juliet hotel. The Inch properties are secluded and provide a home from home feeling where guests can indulge in every luxury.

 

The House

Magnificent 3 storey house in prime Mount Juliet location, overlooking the river Nore. Five bedrooms en suite. This beautifully designed house has many outstanding features including snooker room and cinema. The specification throughout is of the highest standard. The house is lovingly decorated and furnished with a mix of modern comfort and special antique pieces. The total floor area is 633m.

This five bedroomed house has two double bedroom upstairs and two downstairs. There is also an en-suite bedroom with 4 single beds and a study that converts to sleep 2. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and there is a guest toilet downstairs.

 

The spacious living room contains a real fire, wide screen TV, 6 seater couch, 2 chairs, coffee table and a DVD player as well as hand picked antique furniture. The large dining room table seats 12. There is also a boot room, games room/pool room and a cinema room that comfortably seats 8. There is a large private garden with garden furniture and barbecue.
