Bed and Breakfast

The Green Room is independent. This ground-floor room, which looks out over the countryside, is furnished with a double bed and an extra stowaway bed.   The en-suite bathroom has a corner-bath and a toilet.

The Red Room Situated on the first floor, this room looks out over the garden; it is just opposite the lounge, and is furnished with a double bed.  The en-suite bathroom has a shower cabinet and a toilet.

The Blue Room
The Blue Room is also situated on the first floor, next to the Red Room. The view is towards the town of Semblançay. This room is furnished with twin beds.  The en-suite bathroom has a shower cabinet and a toilet.

The Gite

Formerly belonging to the Grand Launay château, the gite is a traditional longhouse, and one of a group of three buildings which include the owners’ house and the bed-and-breakfast rooms, and the barn with its communal ping pong room available for use by all visitors.

The gite contains, on the ground floor, a kitchen and living area (with fireplace, armchairs, TV, telephone, microwave cooker, dishwasher, etc.), a back kitchen (with washing machine, drier, and fridge-freezer), one bedroom (with queen-size bed), a shower room, a bathroom and two toilets. The upstairs floor has the second bedroom (with a queen-size bed and a single bed), and the third and fourth bedrooms (with a connecting door, and each with a queen-size bed).

Also available: cot, central heating if needed (supplement of 7€ to 13€ per day).  The gite comes with a private outdoor area of 1000 sq.m. (with garden furniture and barbecue). Rental prices include bed linen and logs for the wood-burning fire.
