Seckford Golf Club (less than 1 mile)
Seckford Golf Club is set in beautiful Suffolk countryside and is the perfect challenge for any golfer. Whether a complete novice or experienced player, the Golf Club has something to offer everyone. The Club House has a relaxed and informal atmosphere and is open 7 days a week throughout the year.
Woodbridge Golf Club (2 miles)
Woodbridge provides two exciting options with an 18 hole and a 9 hole course. Both are set in spectacular surroundings on classic heathland setting in Suffolk.
Heath Course - A golfing challenge of the highest standard, this 6299 yard course requires accuracy and strategic skill to manoeuvre around.
Forest Course - Not a pitch and putt but a full length 9 hole course (6382 yards over 18 holes). This is a real gem, probably the best 9 hole course around and no handicap certificate required.
Ufford Park Golf Course (3 miles)
18 hole, par 71, parkland golf course is set out on 120 acres of unspoilt Suffolk countryside overlooking the Deben valley. The course is gently undulating and regularly proves an enjoyable yet demanding test of golf.
Waldringfield Heath Golf Club (3-4 miles)
This attractive 18 hole course was created in 1983. Each year, new features have been introduced, such as water hazards and shaping and moulding of the playing areas, making it more attractive as time goes by. Nestling in beautiful Suffolk countryside and officially designated as an Area of Natural Beauty the well designed, undulating 6079 yard par 70 Waldringfield Golf Course offers an enjoyable challenge to golfers of all abilities
Aldeburgh Golf Club (12 miles)
The original Aldeburgh Golf Club course was designed in 1884 by John Thompson from Royal Wimbledon and Open champion Willie Fernie from Felixstowe and later modified by J.H. Taylor and Willie Park Junior. Taylor’s bunkers are visible today, recognisable by their sweeping banks which curve both vertically and horizontally. The new heathland course was officially opened in 1908 and has hardly changed since. There are some long holes to tempt the big hitter but plenty of holes that require careful attention. There is also a smaller nine-hole course.
