In the heart of the «Green Provence», near Aix en Provence and Saint-Maximin La Sainte-Baume.

The charming Guest House L'Esperel is situated at the bottom of the range of the Sainte Baume, in the heart of the hills surrounding the River Caramy. 

From the terrace, overlooking the swimming pool, you can see the Chapel of Saint-Probace, and La Loube , part of the Sainte Baume mountain range in the distance.

In the evening, you are welcome to join other guests on the patio to sample some of François's culinary specialities and legendary Provencal hospitality.

L'Esperel has Five unique self-contained suites, each with its own terrace, where you can enjoy the sun and the distinctive aroma of lavender which grows freely in the grounds.

Each bedroom is designed to comfortably accommodate two people and is decorated to a high standard.

Each bedroom is 22m2 with an ensuite bath or a shower room, a hair dryer, and with separate wc. The bedrooms are equipped with armchair, table and tea/coffee making facilities.

While staying at L'Esperel, you are welcome to enjoy dinner on the patio where you can sample the fabulous homemade dishes that your host, François, will prepare.

Each evening, Francois will cook delicious Provencal food as well as specialities from his native Northern France.

The evening meals start with an Aperitif and Amuse-Gueule, followed by a starter, dish of the day, dessert and complimentary Provencal wine. The meals are cooked daily according to the best and freshest seasonal products from local markets and producers.

The dinner is served at 19.30pm, the breakfast is served until 9.00am

La Salette Golf Course
This undulating 18-holes course – Par 71 of 5436 metres – is laid out within a garden of Provence and offers spectacular views of the Garlaban Massif and the town of Marseille.

Valgarde Golf Course
The course 18 holes, tactics and sportive, extends over a ground of more than 60 hectares. Very well maintained, it is regularly the object of works of improvement and of embellishment: one thousand trees were planted in 1997 and 1998, adding at the same moment to the game and to the pleasure of the eyes.
