Located just off the heart of this charming village centre, just a short stroll from the local amenities, including 2 pubs both with good reputations just stumbling distance from your door. The popular tourist destination of Bude is a short drive or bus journey away, enjoying stunning sandy beaches, and catering for all tastes from the professional surfer to the professional sunbather. Bude hosts a wide variety of shops, pubs and restaurants, making it the perfect place to pick up that cherished memento of your stay. Close by are some of Cornwall’s most precious spots including Tintagel, famed for its connection to the myth and legend of King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table, Padstow and Boscastle, to name but a few. Situated just a minutes’ drive to the Atlantic Highway means that Neet Meadow is also the perfect spot for exploring the whole of this unique county. Lounge/kitchen/diner: huge open-plan living area, the attraction of this property at the heart of which is the wood burner and ample seating on leather sofas. This is the perfect area for entertaining extending to the outdoors through south facing patio doors. A separate TV lounge with more sofas has a large flat screen TV with Sky T V and DVD, Wifi connection and iPod docking station through the music system. Well-equipped kitchen area offering range cooker with gas hob and extractor hood, American style fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Utility room: washing machine and tumble dryer.
