Welcome to the cottage Masserie.

This beautiful stone house is particularly spacious, south facing, fully renovated, is ideally located on a lush field of more than one hectare in a quiet and pleasant environment near the forest of St Sever.

The design allows a comfortable atmosphere for 14 people.

A "SPA" enhances your outdoor relaxation.

Easy access, between the Mont St Michel and Landing Beaches, you have many visits or sports and cultural activities at your convenience.

 

Accommodation

 

Entrance to a large living room with table, chairs, settee and armchairs, TV, DVD and wifi.

 

Open plan kitchen completely equipped and dining area. The kitchen includes an inbuilt fridge, hob and oven, microwave oven, dish washer and fridge/freezer. Door from the kitchen to the courtyard/terrace and garden with barbecue and garden furniture.

 

The Bedrooms

 

On the first floor there are four very comfortable bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a very comfortable doulbe bed, wardrobe and ensuite with shower, sink and toilet.

 

On the second floor there is a large dormitory style room with 6 single beds, a study/play area, bathroom with bath and sink and a separate toilet.

 

Large and varied garden with plants flowers and fruits. Depending on the season you can help yourself to the fruits such as apples and pears..

 

The SPA

As an extra for your relaxation in the garden we have a luxury hot tub for up to 6 people for your use.

 

Utility Room

Washing machine and tumble dryer, sink, clothes horse, iron and ironing board.

Sun loungers, table tennis table, boules [petanque] and swing.

Everything here is unspoiled nature, hedgerows, water hazards original oak and beech are tall to be found at the magnificent golf- La Vire Dathée a technically demanding course. Good iron play is necessary as is a solid putting game on the subtle but sloping greens.

 

Granville Golf Course

The links par excellence, one of the best in France! Behind the Dunes, the sea… an authentic traditional links layout that captures the essence of an 80-year by-gone era and the harsh outdoors exposure. Because Granville is a links the greens drain naturally thus the course. The course has excellent playing conditions all year round.
