Villa with saltwater pool & A.C. set in a secluded garden 700 m. from the magnificent Zahora beach - one of the best on the Costa de la Luz!

 

This rustic villa, only 700 meters from one of the most unspoilt streches of beach on the beautiful Costa de la Luz, is set in a large garden (approx. 900 m2) just 10km outside the spectacular arab village of Vejer. The city of Coníl is also approx. 10 kilometers away. "Casa Martín" is fully airconditioned during summer and has central heating by heat pumps for added comfort during the colder months. Large saltwater pool, 8x4 m, which is not fenced in - all use of the pool and property at own risk.

 

The pueblo of Zahora itself can offer more than 10 restaurants/bars, two grocery shops and a super-market spread out in the neighbourhood, ranging from 200 meters to 1 kilometre from the property

The property is spacious and can accommodate up to nine. The main house sleeps up to six people divided between one double and one twin bedroom on the ground floor and a first floor open gallery with two additional beds.

There is further a simple annex with separate bathroom accommodating three which can be opened when the group size is more than six or if you just would like more space. The annex is also as the main house air conditioned during summer and has central heating for added comfort during the colder months. The rental fee for the annex is 30% of the main house rental fee, ref. prices below. Above the annex there is a partly covered sun deck with fireplace and some sea views accessed by an outside staircase which guests are welcome to use whether the annex is rented or not.  

There is lots to do here with golf, horse riding, trekking, mountain biking, windsurfing, surfing, kiting, winetasting, dolphin safaris, etc. available locally. From Zahora the cities of Seville, Jerez, Cadiz and Gibraltar are all just an hour or so away. The smaller cities of Barbate, Coníl and Vejer are about 10 minutes drive from the villa.

The golf course is widely stretched out in a natural surrounding. . Designed by Alejandro Maldonado this golf course, opened in 1996, is set up with the intention to offer a playable 18-hole golf course where one could afford to be a little less accurate from the tee.

Novo Sancti Petri Golf Course consists of two courses, Mar Pinos and Centro, designed by Seve Ballesteros and offers a wide variety of holes and challenges.  Novo Sancti Petri covers nearly 400 hectares of typical pine tree covered Andalucian land near the beach of La Barrosa in Chicliana de la Frontera.

Lomas de Sancti Petri course is a beautiful challenging course, in a gorgeous natural environment. It is quite short (easier for high handicappers) and the fairways are not very wide. The player must think every shot, and strategy become crucial for signing a good scorecard.
