Our Villa is a modern prestige Andalucian styled property. Bright, clean and spacious with it's own heated pool, outside bar & bbq area plus choice of terraces, all set in well kept secluded gardens with gorgeous sea views. The development has full 24 hour security. A wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops are close by with the marinas of Sotogrande and Duquesa both being within a 5 minute drive. The beautiful Andalucian towns of Ronda and Casares and the Cosmopolitan town of Marbella are all within easy reach.

 

The Villa benefits from five bedrooms consisting of four doubles and one twin and there are four bathrooms throughout. There is a large spacious lounge with feature fireplace.

 

Golfers are spoilt for choice locally - the renowned courses of Valderrama, Sotogrande and San Roque are all less then a 10 minute drive. La Reserva, Finca Cortesin, Almenara, Alcaidesa, Duquesa and Dona Julia are also all within 20 minutes. La Paloma De Manilva is a private-gated community overlooking the sea, located about 55 minutes drive south from Malaga Airport or 20 minutes from Gibraltar. Jerez Airport is a 60 minute drive away.

RATES AND BOOKING 

 

La Paloma de Manilva sits on a hill overlooking the entire coastline stretching fromMalaga to Gibraltar. The views are probably the best you will see in the entire area and yet we are just minutes away from a lovely but quiet beach, numerous bars, restaurants and shops and just 10 minutes away from fantastic golf clubs. For local night life the 2 marinas ofS otogrande and La Duquesa are just 5 minutes away. Cosmopolitan Marbella and the bright lights of Puerto Banus are a 30 minute drive away.

 

Beaches...

The local beaches are totally unspoilt and feature miles of sandy Mediterranean coastline some with views to the Rock of Gibraltar and on a clear day, the mountains of Morocco. The beaches in this part of southern Spain are some of the most private and least crowded. There are two beach clubs with restaurants, El Cucurucho and El Octogono. Sotogrande beach offers windsurfing, kite-surfing, canoeing and hobie cats for hire on the river.

Don Julia Golf Club - has 2 very different layouts, being suitable for any type of player.
 

La Duquesa Golf and Country Club - hilly course is a good test for even the top pros.
 

La Reserva de Sotogrande - spacious course with many cork and pine trees.
 

Sotogrande Real Golf Club - first Robert Trent Jones designed course in Europe.

 

The San Roque Club and New Course - set in rolling hills and natural surroundings this course is ideal for all levels of golfers.
 

Valderrama Golf Club - rated number one in Europe, it is a wonderful course. It hosted the Ryder Cup in 1997.
