Chill Out Rental Services is a family run business providing the rental of holiday apartments and villas in the Spanish resort of Almerimar.

 

You can be sure of a friendly welcome when you book your holiday Apartment or Villa  with us. Your satisfaction is of paramount importance to us, as most of our holiday bookings come from recommendations. We have a meet and greet facility for all guests where you are met upon arrival and taken personally to your holiday apartment or villa.

 

We offer a personal service to all of our guests and are available at any time to help with any problems or queries you may have, to ensure that your holiday is as stress free as possible.

 

We have 2 and 3 bedroom luxury apartments on the Porto Fino complex which is ideally situated in Almerimar and is within 2 minutes walk of the supermarket, bars, restaurants and shops in the marina, making it an ideal location for those who do not wish to drive. It is also within a few minutes walk of the Golf Course and the beach and is adjacent to the newly built Almerimar Golf club house.

 

The complex is divided into two areas, blocks 1 to 3 and 4 to 7. Both areas have a large outdoor swimming pool, which are situated on the first floor.

 

These apartments have marble flooring and a kitchen fully fitted with all modern appliances.

 

They have comfortable lounges with patio doors leading to the terraces which have patio furniture for al fresco dining, some apartments have very large terraces and sun loungers.

 

The 2 bedroom apartments have one bathroom and the 3 bedroom apartments also have a full en-suite bathroom. Most apartments have full air conditioning and all include everything you will need for a comfortable stay.

 

We also offer 2 and 3 bedroom apartments at Laguna Beach which is a beautifully landscaped complex with excellent facilities, 3 swimming pools, gymnasium, jacuzzi, tennis, an on-site pool bar and more. This is a fantastic complex and is 5 minutes drive from the Almerimar Golf Course.

 

For larger parties we also have a 6 bedroom villa with private pool overlooking the golf course.

 

Bed linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are included in the price for all of our rental properties.

€150 security deposit required on arrival (€200 for villa).

The Campo de Golf Almerimar was designed by Gary Player and Rob Kirby and was opened in 1976. It has 27-holes on a surface of approx. 802.000 m², embedded into a beautiful landscape with palms and lake. As the only golf course with 27-holes in the province of Almeria it offers enormous play possibilities and challenges. 

 

La Envia Golf Course

Close by is the picturesque mountain golf course, La Envia. This 18 hole complex is situated slightly inland set in a valley surrounded by mountains. There are three lakes that on the one hand add to the beauty of this course while on the other hand increase the test for the golfer. La Envia is quite a tough golf course where precision is needed but there are good scores to be had especially as most of the greens are flat and true. The views from the clubhouse terrace are spectacular to 

 

Golf Playa Serena

Situated at Roquetas de Mar, the Playa Serena members club was opened in 1979. This well established 18 hole golf course has an impressive nine lakes and has often been referred to as 'the flattest in Spain'. Playa Serena is a lovely course that tests golfers with its small sloping greens, several lakes and water hazards and wind from both the East and West. Despite all the tests this course offers, it can be enjoyed by all levels of golfer as well as the surrounding views.
