We are Anna and Miquel who, with much will, offer you our rural lodging so that you can spend some days without hurries or timetables in a natural place like Aiguamolls de l’Empordà

The house is in Sant Pere Pescador surrounded by fields of fruit trees, at the beginning of the natural reserve “Parc de Mig de Dos Rius”, where there is a great diversity of fauna and next to the Fluvià river.

The house was constructed in century XIX and actually is completely restored and furnished with care. It has five rooms with bath, heating, television and air conditioning. Two of the rooms have terrace. 

The dining room is very sunny with views to the garden; the living room has chimney, television, music equipment and board games. In the lounge of the top floor you will be able to relax reading or simply enjoying the nature when contemplating our extensive garden.

Five unique rooms
The five guest rooms at the Hotel Mas del Joncar have been designed to include individual color schemes, top quality wooden furnishings and modern bathrooms. Terracotta-tiled floors and stylish natural stone walls create a homely yet stress-free ambience. Large panoramic windows and a terrace in two of the five double rooms ensure a bright feel with lots of sunlight.

The house is located in the region of the “Alt Empordà”, in the village of Sant Pere Pescador, in the “Baix Fluvià”. The village is about 300 m away and it is possible to go there taking a walk. Approximately in one kilometer we have the mouth of the Fluvià river of great ecological value and the beach that has a fine extension of 6 km of dunes of sand. It is one of the few beaches that are kept virgin in the Costa Brava.

Peralada Golf Club
The Perelada Golf Club is an ideal course both for staging competitions and large tournaments and for enjoying a pleasant, relaxing day out. There is a magnificent par-71 round of 18 holes over 5,990 m and four tee-offs for each hole. It is fairly flat with areas of lakes, water-banks and trees, suitable for all types of player.

Emporda Golf Club
The Emporda Golf Club consists of three various courses 9 holes: Each three can be independently played or in combination with one of two others, forming one 18 holes.  The competition course, where most important tournaments of the club are held, is formed by the Green and Blue courses. They are characterized by a wide surface of greens, what allows a big variety of positions of the flag, giving the course numerous game possibilities. 

Golf D'Aro Mas Nou
Placed on the heights of the Les Gavarres hills, at 300 metres above the sea, the golf offers a magnificent panoramic sight on the surrounding campaign. Built in 1990 and drawn by D. Ramon Espinosa, the course takes place in the middle of pines, of oaks and more than hundred olive trees. Two artificial lakes add to the unique charm of this golf course.

Costa Brava Golf Club
The club is situated in St. Cristina d' Aro ( Girona), at only 4 km from the beaches of Aro and Saint Feliu de Guixols, in the heart of a generous and varied Mediterranean vegetation. Built in 1968, the golf course was drawn by Hamilton Stutt and CO. It offers the first 9 technical holes surrounded by pines and oaks, followed by 9 holes which take place on a flat ground with wide fairways

Platja de Pals
What you can say about the course of Pals is as high as its reputation. Situated among pines, in a context of tranquillity, with a regular arrangement and a certain flexibility with the tees, it is above all a very attractive course at all the levels. The ground, which is sandy, sucks up very quickly the rain, what makes it as comfortable as a carpet.

Serres des Pals
Surrounded by magnificent landscapes, it gathers the best conditions to practise golf under the so pleasant Mediterranean Sea climate. It possesses three different zones consisted of sweet sloping hills, pine forests and fairways twisting between lakes.
