Located immediately opposite our holiday home is the large communal pool and gardens.

 

The Villa:

The house is an end of terrace and is placed on a spacious plot which has a landscaped patio area surrounding it. Situated in a pleasant cul-de-sac overlooking the large communal pool with ample parking at the front. At the front of the house are another set of table & chairs, making it ideal for an alfresco breakfast.

 

We have a lovely spacious patio area paved and landscaped giving ample room for the table, chairs, parasol, 4 sun loungers and a BBQ for you to use and enjoy during your stay.  Having this area around the house means you are able to enjoy the sun all day long!

 

Bedroom 1: Has a double bed, air conditioning & fitted wardrobes a balcony with steps that lead up to the sun roof terrace.

Bedroom 2: With twin beds air conditioning & fitted wardrobes.

Family size bathroom: Comprising a bath with shower hand basin bidet & toilet. Hairdryer available. Shower room and toilet downstairs.

Spacious / lounge: dinning room fitted with a 2 comfy sofa beds, coffee table, attractive dinning table & chairs TV & DVD

Fully Fitted American Kitchen: Comprising of full cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, ironing board & iron.

All china, glasses, cutlery & cooking utensils provided.

 

Situated on the prestigious Real Club de Golf Campoamor complex this holiday house is within 5 minutes walk from the main club house, which includes a 4 Star hotel, bar, tennis courts and golf centre.

 

A 5 minutes walk in the other direction brings you to the Commercial area including a Supermarket, Pharmacy and various Bars & Restaurants.

 

Campoamor offers an opportunity to play golf or relax on the wonderful sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca. La Zenia beach is only 10 minutes drive away.

 

The Mar Menor is Europe's largest salt water lagoon and is a short drive away. On average it is 5 degrees warmer than the sea making it feel like a hot bath.

 

There are many water sports and activities to do on the lagoon and around the area.

Golf courses:

 

Real Club de Campoamor
This is the course that the villa is located on. The sculptured greens and fairways of Campoamor are reminiscent of Augusta . The course is very green and lush, the fabulous new club house, restaurant and pro-shop make this course very pleasant (par 72). The expansive fairways, excellent greens and the lakes deceive the player somewhat, making this is a long and testing course with six "dog legs" to keep you on your toes.

 

Golf Villamartin
5 minutes from the villa, Villamartin plays over undulating fairways to well protected greens, each hole complimenting the other with the hazards carefully placed. The course is well established at twenty five years, this being the oldest of the three golf courses in the local area.  A course that is always in excellent condition.

 

Las Ramblas Golf Course
Again very close to the Villa, this beautiful course was designed by one of Spain 's most famous golf course architects. This course is known as his "Picasso" (par 72). This course is exactly what it's name suggests, a wonderful rambling course through valleys and over rugged terrain with the occasional water hazard, an excellent challenge!

 

La Manga Golf 45 minutes
