Only 20 minutes drive from the Fair City of Perth, the sumptuously refurbished 17th century House and the renovated Keeper's Lodge provide an idyllic location for year-round self-catering breaks. Ideal for gatherings of family and friends, celebrations and private parties. We can also provide private catering services throughout your stay or for that special meal so that everyone can relax and make the most of this delightful properties and their lovely surroundings.

Option 2 - Rossie Ochil House sleeps 12 (+2) in 6 double bedrooms with 2 camp beds available

Option 3 - Rossie Ochil House plus Annexe sleeps 16 (+2) in 8 double bedrooms, camp beds also available

 

We have accommodation for 8, 12 or 16 guests (+ 2 on camp beds)

 

Main House -(Sleeps 12 + 2) 6 double bedrooms, five en-suite, Drawing Room, TV Lounge with freeview TV and DVD player, fully equipped Kitchen with Aga, dishwasher and microwave, Dining Room and Games Room with snooker table, dartboard, board games and CD player. WC downstairs. The gardens include a children’s play area.

 

The self-contained Annexe (Sleeps 4) has 2 double bedrooms, sitting room, kitchen and bathroom.

The House may be let on its own or with the Annexe, but the Annexe cannot be let separately

 

Keeper's Lodge (Sleeps 8 +2) 4 double bedrooms, spacious open living and dining room, large dining kitchen, bathroom, shower room and 2 wc's 2 additional guest beds can be provided as well as a cot, highchair and stairgate.
