There is the 18 hole Golf course just 15 minutes from the villa, in the neughbouring estate. Just behind the house there is Mount Tezio where you can climb at 1000 meters (the house is at 600) and have a magnificent view of Umbria region and Trasimeno lake. Just 2 hours from Rome and 2 1/2hours to Florence. Only 12 km. to reach the splendid mediaeval town of Perugia where you can enjoy city life and half an hour the San Francesco town of Assisi with the just restored Giotto paintings of the church and Subasio Mountain. Half an hour to the Trasimeno lake. Famous Umbria jazz festival in Perugia 6 km distance and festival dei due Mondi in Spoleto. Several markets and 'sagre' organised nearby.

This unique Perugia Umbria villa has 3 floors for up to 12 persons and can be rented for 2200 Euro per week in high season. In total there are 3 complete bathrooms and 2 cloakrooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen which includes 4 ring stove, dish washer, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and washing machine and 1 small kitchen for the garden, entrance, 2 dining rooms, 2 living rooms with TV and computer available, 7 bedrooms and bureau, lavatory. Towels and linen provided.

 

Outside:

2 hectares garden and swimming pool are totally private. Barbecue, terrace, balcony, garden chairs and deck chairs and private parking.  Gardener, guardian and swimming pool cleaner ( once every 2 days).

Antognolla Golf Course

The Antognolla Golf Course is set amidst the 600 hectare Antognolla estate in the heart of Umbria. The course is gently undulating parkland - Par 72 - SSS 70 - 6,272 yards in length, partly dating from the nineteenfifties, and redesigned by the Architect Davide Mezzacane and increased to 18 holes in the early nineties
