This fine and privately owned RESIDENCE, is located in an ancient and renovated farmhouse, right in the middle of the VILLA CAROLINA GOLF COURSE, and its spacious terrace is near the green of the 16th hole.

The Golf Club offers 27 CHAMPIONSHIP HOLES and a fully equipped SPA & WELLNESS CENTRE.

We are in the region of Piedmont, in the heart of great vineyards of Dolcetto and Gavi. At about 1 hr drive from Milano and Torino and only 35 minutes away from Genova and the seaside.

 

The APARTMENT, of about 40 square meters, has just been refurbished and very well decorated.

It consists of one large room that hosts very comfortably two persons (plus a small bed for kids can be added if required), a perfectly equipped and functioning KITCHEN corner with refrigerator, stove, sink (dishes, pots & pans, glasses etc. are included of course), a WALK-IN-CLOSET, a library, and SATELLITE TV. The renewed BATHROOM has a large shower cabin and hair dryer is provided. The spacious TERRACE looks toward the green of the hole 16 and the tee of the 17th and is equipped with a round wooden table and armchairs.

GARAGE spot available for guest, upon request.

 

The guests can take advantage of numerous sport and tourism facilities in the area (local fees will apply) : Spa centre, tennis, horse riding, swimming pool, trips to vineyards and wine tasting and cycling.

 

Your hosts: GIUSEPPE and MARINA are married since over 20 years. Giuseppe comes from Naples, Marina is from Milan. They met in Rome in the early 80’s and are together since.  Because of Giuseppe’s work as manager in a large international company, they have lived is various cities, such as Naples, Rome, Milan, New York and Paris. Now the are happily retired in their home on the golf, and share the passion for this sport, for good music and reading, for hospitality and excellent food and wines !

 

THE VILLA CAROLINA GOLF CLUB, is located in an area of 110 hectares in the hills and vineyards of lower Piedmont. The club offers 27 HOLES for great golfing, plus indoor and outdoor RESTAURANT, bar lounge, panoramic SWIMMING POOL, two TENNIS COURTS, and a complete WELLNESS CENTRE with fitness room, indoor pool, sauna, hammam, massages, skin care etc... for your complete relaxation.

The newly born "PARADISO" course offers spectacular views over the hills, the lakes, and the vineyards. On "LA MARCHESA" course you can play competitive or non-competitive golfing. A challenging course for lower handicaps, an interesting play for beginners.
