The resort of Breuil-Cervinia (Valle d'Aosta), rises 2012m altitude at the northern limit of Valtournenche, at the foot of the Matterhorn.

 

Breuil-Cervinia is one of the most famous skiing resorts of the Alps. The plants are intertwined with those of Zermatt, the Matterhorn on the Swiss side, and those of Valtournenche, forming one large ski area (over 350 km of slopes), called Matterhorn Ski Paradise. Significant because of the height of the district (2000-3500 meters on the side of Cervinia, but it goes up to 3900 meters with the installations Switzerland), the ski season lasts from early November to early May.

 

You can also enjoy summer skiing on the slopes of the Plateau Rosa glacier, using plants in Switzerland. The first cable car was built in 1936, reached the Plateau Rosa and was then the highest in the world. Among the most recently planted remember the cable car Cime Bianche - Plateau Rosa, built in the early 90s, covering a vertical drop of 700 meters with a single span with 2 cabins and as many as 140 people each.

 

In summer you can play golf at the Golf Club del Cervino 18 holes, one of the courses located at higher altitudes in the world (with its 2050 m), and founded in 1955. During the winter months along the route of the golf course winds through a ski trail.

The apartment is located in Cervinia, in the St. Theodule condominium, in Bardoney Street N°5 and consists of two rooms with views of the Matterhorn, the first is a living room with two pull-out beds on the one hand, the second a bedroom with a French bed on one side and a single hand. There is an entrance with ski racks, kitchen and bathroom.

 

The apartment is 54 square meters, equipped with central heating and concierge. A few hundred meters away from the main cable which can be reached on skis in the winter. There is no private parking space but you can come to an agreement with the keeper, giving her a tip,
