Fiammetta and Piero welcome you to the B&B Le Eriche in their little detached house just 2 km from Menaggio, a famous tourist resort in the Lake Como area.

 

It is the ideal place for people who love the quiet and the open-air life. You can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake and of the surrounding mountains. 

On their arrival guests are received with a welcome cocktail.

 

The B&B has two rooms with private access. Each has a small garden furnished with a table, chairs, deckchairs, and a parasol. Private parking is available.

 

Mimosa Room
 

The room has a double bed and a sofa-bed, which can accommodate one adult or two children, as well as a private ensuite bathroom with shower. The room has independent heating, a fireplace, an electrical fan, satellite tv and free wireless internet. The kitchenette corner is equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee-machine, dishes, cutlery and cups.

 

Weather permitting, breakfast will be served in the private garden.

 

Camelia Room
 

Since spring 2010, "Le Eriche" offers a new accommodation option. The Camelia room has a double bed and a private ensuite bathroom with shower. The room has independent heating, air-conditioning, satellite tv and free wireless internet. The kitchenette corner is equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee-machine, dishes, cutlery and cups.

 

Weather permitting, breakfast will be served in the private garden.

Holiday Apartment Rental

 

Holiday home "Le Eriche" is a nice apartment, in a small residence with swimming pool (heated to 28 degrees from June to September).

 

It is located on a hill a few kilometers from Menaggio, the tourist centre of Lake Como, with a spectacular view of the lake in a sunny and quiet area, ideal for a relaxing stay.

 

The apartment consists of a kitchen / living room with sofa bed for two and a satellite TV, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower.

 

On the terrace of the apartment, furnished with table and chairs, you can have lunch and dinner during the summer.

 

It also has a private garage and a common parking area.

Menaggio and Cadenabbia Golf Club

The Menaggio and Cadenabbia Golf Club is a Par 70 18 hole course. Although short, the course requires precision. This course, from which has panoramic views of the lake, is the oldest and one of the most established golf courses in Italy. It was founded in 1907. The Menaggio is a tricky course with narrow fairways and steep inclines.
