Villa Occitane is a luxury Provencal style villa with private pool located in a small private road within the prestigious Pont Royal Golf and Country Club, between Aix-en-Provence and Avignon. Built and furnished to a high standard it is spacious and comfortable, enclosed and private gardens to front and rear. With access to the adjoining Pierre and Vacances holiday village, Villa Occitane is ideal for a family holiday, golf holiday or as a base to explore the surrounding splendours of Provence.

Bedroom 1 upstairs - double bed with dressing room.
Bedroom 2 upstairs - double bed.
Bedroom 3 upstairs - twin beds.
Travel cot available.

Bathrooms:
En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath/shower over, basin and wc. 2nd bathroom upstairs with walk in shower and basin, separate wc. Downstairs cloakroom.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped Provencale style kitchen with oven, halogen hob, fridge freezer, and dishwasher. Well equipped with crockery and utensils including plastic items for children to use near the pool.

Utility Room:
Utility / pool room. Washing machine, iron and ironing board. Selection of pool and garden toys.

Living Rooms:
Spacious living and dining area. Three sofas, open fire, UK TV, Internet, DVD/CD/MP3 player, collection of DVDs and BOSE IPOD docking station. Sky TV will full Sports, Movie and Children's channels. Open plan dining area seating up to 8 people. High chair available.

Other:
Babysitting service is available for daytime and evenings. Arranged with the our on site management company and can be booked in advance.

Room fans in rivate pool set in enclosed 800sqm private landscaped garden, outdoor table and chairs, sunbeds and a high quality gas barbecue.

Golf

 

Pont Royal Golf Course
The 18 hole Pont Royal Golf Course, designed by Seve Ballesteros, is fully matured. It is a par 72 extending over 6303 meters. Excellent golfing facilities including, 6 hole par 3 course, driving range, academy and clubhouse with bar and restaurant open to non members. Tee times can be booked in advance by email. There are several other excellent golf courses within a 1 hour drive of Pont Royal.

Marseille Airport - approx 40 mins.
TGV Gare at Aix-en-Provence and Avignon - approx 30-40 mins.

Distances
Shops and restaurants are located within Pont Royal village.
Many local villages/towns have markets which are well worth visiting. Nearest large supermarket is in Mallemort (3km). Places of interest within comfortable driving distance include: Aix en Provence, Avignon, Gordes, Bonnieux, Loumarin, Chateauneuf du Pape, Marseille, Cassis, Gorges de Verdon.
