The air-conditioned living area is open plan with 3 sets of French windows leading to the front terrace and is comfortably furnished with sofas, seating for six and a dining area with table and 6 chairs. There is TV with freeview UK Satellite, DVD, CD player, radio., DVD, CD/radio/tape player.

The kitchen is well-equipped, with oven, 4 electric hobs, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There is a washing machine in the garage next to the villa.

There are 2 twin bedrooms on the ground floor, both with ample storage and ceiling fans and there is also a bathroom with bath with shower over, 2 basins and separate WC.

The third double bedroom is on the first floor and is air-conditioned with an en-suite shower room with basin and WC.

The terrace at the front of the villa has a table and chairs for outdoor dining and there is a BBQ and garden furniture for the sunny private garden.

 

There is a heated swimming pool for the residents of the development.

The golf clubhouse, with restaurant and pool, is 5 minutes walk away.

The villa is on the Domaine du Lac, a gated development on the edge of the established, 18 hole Saint Thomas golf course, 5 kms east of Beziers.

There is a restaurant and bar in the Golf Club House, 5 minutes away, but for more choice of restaurants and shops, Béziers is only 10 minutes drive away, Pézenas 15 minutes or Montpellier 40 minutes.

Bread and croissants can be ordered from reception the night before and collected around 9am.

Spain, Andorra and the Pyrenees are within easy reach.

Beziers airport is a 25 minute drive from the villa. Carcassonne and Perpignan airports are 90 minutes drive, Toulouse airport is 2 hours drive and junction 35 of the A9 motorway is 15 minutes away.

 

Cap d’Agde (15 minutes) has beaches and water sports, boat trips, beautiful harbour, golf, casino, fashionable shopping, nightclubs, waterfront restaurants, several children’s theme parks and a fabulous water park (Aqualand).

Designed by Patrice Lammbert, the 18 holes vary a great deal and the golfer is faced with real difficulties. The main impression that one is left with is of a place of peace and quiet due to the beautiful setting surrounded by all the different colours of nature. There are many animals around the course, such as ducks, partridges, hares and rabbits, confirming the impression of a place of natural interest. From a technical point of view, while all your golf clubs are necessary to play the course, a successful round also requires intelligence and a solid game.
