If you are looking for a refined, luxurious holiday in a beautiful setting, then this Domaine is for you! 30 apartments, either 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, set amidst 45 hectares of vineyards and Mediterranean countryside including an unspoilt natural beach. The Domaine combines vineyards and sea, refined luxury and nature, sport and relaxation, elegance and conviviality.
The apartments are tastefully and beautifully furnished and the majority have gardens, patios and/or balconies. They all feature fully equipped bathrooms and kitchens.
Seen from the outside, the buildings call to mind a typical Southern French Village, with small courtyards and alleyways viewed from the park. There is no standardisation and each apartment is unique. Each building uses the original 19th century features such as its beams, stones and uneven lines.
Inside, the rooms combine contemporary décor - metallic stairway, unvarnished wood, fair-faced concrete - with the nobility of the past - exposed stones and beams. The furnishings ( either antique or selected from one of the well-known brands of interior decoration ) tend towards original lines and fined, stylised forms. The interior design " seaside" theme is coloured with a palette of natural tones: Mediterranean blue, red ochre, earthly colours and shades of beige.
Located between land and sea, on the shores of the " Etang de Thau", is this stunning restoration of a 19th century wine-growing estate. Le Domaine de la Mandoune is a dream for those who love nature and the open air.
A perfect retreat, where you can either enjoy listening to the slow ripples of the water breaking on the shore, reading a good book on your shaded terrace or just experience the relaxing environment of the pool... the Domaine will be the perfect place for taking that exceptionally good "breath of fresh air". The Domaine's 300 metre long natural beach combines shaded wooden sun decks with dry stone wall terraces, enabling you to admire the still blue water and the multicoloured sunsets over the lake.
For relaxation and leisure there is a driving range, a putting green, a swimming pool, a tennis court and a fitness trail where you can jog or walk in an outstanding natural environment between the vines, by the olive grove and along the waterfront. A floating dock enables the sailing schools to come and pick up those who would enjoy a ride in a a sailing dinghy or a catamaran The site's facilities include a restaurant, a wine bar, conference facilities and a well-being centre with private treatment rooms.
The estate's vineyards is one of the key features of the Mediterranean lifestyle you can experience here. The vineyard is made up of Grenache, Chenans, Merlot and Sauvignon grapes and produces a wine to be served with the local dishes.
If you wish, you will be able to learn about and participate in the traditions and work on the vineyard. You can follow the wine-growers throughout the seasons and participate in the harvesting, blending and various stages of wine to be served with the local dishes. Join a wine-tasting or picnic by the waterside with a few oysters and shellfish accompanied by the wine of the estate.
Location
Marseillan One of Languedoc's gems, "what St Tropez most probably looked like before Brigitte Bardot went there" said The Guardian, Marseillan is an ancient Phocaen town that charms visitors. The port of Marseillan is a Mediterranean hot spot for water sports, for those sailing on the Canal du Midi and it's notably home to a sailing school. Amongst the back streets is a covered market hall built from basalt and the 17th century Church of Saint-Jean-Baptiste. You will see the facades of the town houses decorated with sculptures made of volcanic rock . You can stroll down to the Noilly Prat storehouse for a vermouth tasting, and along one side or other of the port depending which side is the sun, the wind, the docked boats or your favourite restaurant.

Golf Cap D Agde
Designed by the talented Ronald Fream and landscaped in the heart of the sublime Mediterranean countryside, the International Cap d’Agde golf course allies sport and pleasure with success. With an 18-hole course , a “compact” 9-hole course and a 36-stand practice area, 16 of which are covered, training bunkers, a putting green and a surrounding pitching green, it’s one of the most reputable golf courses for its technique and setting. You will lose yourselves in this green paradise, between sky and sea.
Golf Saint Thomas Beziers
Designed by Patrice Lammbert, the 18 holes vary a great deal and the golfer is faced with real difficulties. The main impression that one is left with is of a place of peace and quiet due to the beautiful setting surrounded by all the different colours of nature. There are many animals around the course, such as ducks, partridges, hares and rabbits, confirming the impression of a place of natural interest. From a technical point of view, while all your golf clubs are necessary to play the course, a successful round also requires intelligence and a solid game.
