We look forward to welcoming you to have a peaceful self-catering holiday in the ground floor, self contained annexe of our home. Wildlife is abundant around here and only the occasional tractor from our neighbouring farm disturbs the peace.

 

The accommodation comprises a double bedroom, shower room, a shower with a strong seat and handles, toilet & basin. The lounge / diner is large and well equipped. It has a double sofa bed, comfy chairs, a table with four chairs, a television with DVD player and a music centre.

 

The kitchen has all facilities - electric cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, toaster, microwave, iron & ironing board.

 

There is flexible electric heating throughout the property.

 

Outside there is a summer house where bicycles can be stored, chairs, tables & a barbecue. There is also access to your own part of the garden with a rotary clothes drier supplied.

 

All linen is provided. A cot or travel cot with bedding and high chair are available on request.

 

We have an outdoor swimming pool, which guests can use in the summer months by arrangement and by signing a disclaimer.

 

There is plenty of parking space. The property is suitable for people of limited mobility, having ramps to doors.

 

There is a gastro pub in the village.

 

Situated in the middle of the county, it is ideal for exploring Suffolk or further afield Norfolk. Short breaks are a possibility.

The River Rat runs through the middle of the course, adding that little bit extra to the 2nd and 5th holes, while the undulating Suffolk hills of the back nine provide some of the most scenic views that you will find anywhere in the county.

Cretingham Golf Club is set in 165 acres of beautiful rural Suffolk. It is a picturesque par 71 parkland course with the river Deben winding its way through it. The layout suits both the novice and advanced golfer alike, with many opportunities for the more courageous player to be rewarded.
