JMLJ A Casa Nostra Bed and breakfast near Lecco Golf Club, Lake Como, Italy

We live in a spacious and airy house with a beautiful view over woods, lake and mountains.

 

The b&b "jmlj-a casa nostra" is at Malgrate, Lecco on the Eastern branch of Lake of Como, opposite Lecco, a city well known because of the novel "I Promessi Sposi",for its lake and for the beautiful mountains which surround it.

 

We are Livia, Maurizio, Janis and Jeniffer, we have cats and a dog. It is our pleasure to welcome people who like to travel for reasons of art,nature,enjoyment and who like staying in an informal, homely environment. We speak English end French.

 

Our house is on three levels. The day area of our home and "jmlj-a casa nostra" are on the ground floor; from the main entrance one arrives at the three bedrooms of the b&b; they give onto a corridor and are close to one another.

The b&b "jmlj-a casa nostra" is on a hill, in a very quite residential area; by car,sat-nav,indicate via Gaggio, proceed along via ai Colli then climb up along via Pian Sciresa.

 

Lecco railway station (2.5km) can be reached by bus (the stop is 1km from the house). Milano-Linate airport is 50km away,Milano-Malpensa 80km and Bergamo-Orio 40km.

 

There are ample opportunities for sorties to the mountains, outings on the lake, cycle routes and visit to faschinating and artistic sites.

Following the 1987 inauguration of the last 9 holes, Bergamo Golf Club “L’Albenza” boasts a wonderful course, consisting of 27 holes of high technical and architectural standard.

 

Villa d'Este Golf Club:

The course of Villa d'Este Golf Club was built in 1926 on the Como hills dominating the lake of Montorfano and in the suggestive and romantic perimeter of more than 30,ooo pinetrees, chestnut-trees and birchtrees, incomparable natural beauty, a corner of Paradise that has been and is one of the destinations of many refined golfers.

 

Golf Brianza Country Club

The course is set in a natural amphitheatre with some very undulating hills and a flat part with 4 lakes included characterizing the hardest holes of Golf Brianza. The classical nature of the Brianza offers views to the mountains in the background and Resegone Grigna.

 

Carimate Golf Club: The mature woodland estate of a medieval castle serves as the host to a delightful golf course, which reflects perfectly the character of the rural Lombardy landscape. From the back tees, Carimate can be stretched to 6,579 yards, and should present a decent challenge to golfers of all abilities.
