Enjoy a fairy-tale holiday in Brittany, at the Manoir de Langourian, which can propose you two types of accomodation: bed and breakfast in its boarding house and two rental houses –self catering– in the rear section.

 

The spirit of this fine mansion, a former 14th century castle, is captured in the typical ancient stone buildings surrounded by a large romantic garden. This family-owned residence has been stylishly renovated in 2005 to 2010 with a particular ambition: create an ambiance for discerning guests, whose are accustomed to use hotel comfort and seek for theirs holiday something more. This small castle is located within short distance from Erquy (region Côtes d´Armor), the typical charming Brittany town with its local fish-harbour, lovely sand beaches and beautiful rocky coast, traditional village markets, bars and all kinds of restaurants (from pizzerias and brasseries to the high level Michelin French kitchen).

 

Manoir de Langourian serves also as a perfect starting point for many wonderful walks and trips to the neighbouring countryside. All kinds of sport activities, including golf and yachting, are available in the nearest surroundings.

 

Accommodation

 

Kastell

This charming house offers bed and breakfast with regard to each guest´s special culinary wishes. You can relax in two double-room suites, on the ground floor you will find a biedermeier style dining room and a big clubroom with a fireplace. Breakfast is included in the price. A minimum stay is weekend. Open: October-May.

Suite „Princesse“ on the first floor: little salon, two bedrooms with a large bed, spacious bathroom. Max.: 4 persons (baby cot on request). TV + mini-bar.

Suite „Bohème“ on the second floor: vestibule, bathroom, one room with a large bed, one room with two individual beds. Max.: 4 persons (extra bed or baby cot on request). Mini-bar.

 

Holiday home „Ker Olivier“

This is a comfortable two-storey house for four persons. (90m2). There is a living room (TV, Hi-Fi, video) on the ground floor, a kitchen furnished with all the modern utensils and a bathroom with WC. Upstairs are two big rooms (one with two separate beds, one with a double bed) and a lavatory. Terrace. This house is rented for longer stays, at least a week. Open: the whole year.

 

Holiday home „Relais du chevalier“

A delightful country house, which can provide up to nine persons (245 m2) with an accomodation for longer stays. A roomy rustic kitchen with a traditional tile stove on the ground floor; on the first floor, a living lounge (TV, DVD, Hi-Fi, library) and two suites: "Arthur" has a large double bed, an attic space for two more persons,great bathroom and second WC in vestibule; "Lancelot" has a double bed, a niche for an extra bed and a large bathroom. On the second floor there is a double bedroom "Tristan" with a bathroom. Open: the whole year.

In both self-catering houses: bedding, towels, bathroom and kitchen equipments. Available: laundry, close parking, relaxing hall, garden, bicycles, many possibilities for children etc.

 

Prices

Bed & Breakfast "Kastell":

The suite Princesse 150 €/night for 3-4 persons, 100 €/night for 1-2 persons.

The suite Bohème 130 €/night for 3-4 persons, 85 €/night for 1-2 persons.

Breakfast according to your choice is included. Open out of season (October-Mai).

 

Self-catering "Ker Olivier":

1000 €, out of season from 800 € for one week. Opened the whole year.

 

Self-catering "Relais du chevalier":

2200 € one week stay for 9-10 persons (3 great apartments, big kitchen, sitting room - 245 m2). It is possible also to rent only a part of this building for an adequately lower price. The price for a week-end stay is 500 €. Opened the whole year.

Les Sables d’Or 6082 yds Par 71
Close to Cap Frehel in the Cotes d’Armor, the old Scottish 9 hole links was turned into a 18 hole in 1991. A lot of work has been done on the course since 2002. A pleasant and varied course which covers 6082 yards of hilly countryside with magnificent scenery. Good value for money course.

 

Pleneuf Val André 6399 yds Par 72
Tee off to a background of amazing land and seascapes, with beaches and cliffs in the distance. Val André is considered one of the most beautiful scenic courses in France.
