Villa with Private Infinity Pool and Stunning Sea Views: Peaceful Location Overlooking the Bay of Cannes: Sleeps 8/14 (4 Bedrooms)

This stunning 4 bed house is located next to the famous Palais de Bulles, owned by fashion designer Pierre Cardin, and is known to have one of the best views of the Cote d'Azur,the entire bay of Cannes, from the croisette up to the Hotel du Cap, with the islands in between. From the back it has a sea view too, as well as the hill top village of Le Trayas and Port de la Figuerette, and the nature reserve of the Esterel. The beach is a 10 min walk away, the shops and restaurants a short drive along the spectacular coast road. There is always something to look at, from private jets coming into Mandelieu in the distance to the most beautiful super yachts sailing by. There are also several tennis courts nearby.

The Villa Accommodation

Beautiful sitting room, beautiful view, large doors onto terrace. Limestone floors, beautiful contemporary colourful art, white walls, wifi. Bang and Olufson music system, ipod docking station, provencal furniture. Fireplace, linen, sofas.

Very beautiful kitchen, duel aspect views, leading onto large terraces, slate work surfaces, 2 fridges, cooker, microwave, oven, washing machine, large French armoires (dressers). Eating area.

Utility room: Part of kitchen, extra 3rd fridge downstairs and extra freezer.

Bedroom 1 with kingsize bed, en-suite bath/shower room, wc, terrace.

Coast/Beach : The house is located on the coast. It has no direct access to the sea but is near the beaches of Cannes (20 mins drive) La Napoule and Theoule Sur Mer (10 mins drive). Mirimar is 5 mins drive or a pleasant 15 minute walk.

Our location:
Nearest airport is Nice or Cannes if you are flying private jet. Car hire is at Nice airport and we recommend you need a car. Train from Calais to Nice or Cannes is possible. 
Nearest small village for food shopping and restaurants is Theoule sur Mer -about 3 miles. As the house is located on the coast, its a lovely drive to Cannes (20 mins). Antibes, Juan les pins and many other towns or villages in the hills - eg Mougins, Valbonne, Grasse, Biot.

The Riviera Golf course opened on 27 July 1991 and is known as one of the most beautiful courses on the French Riviera. Nestling in beautiful green surroundings in the Cannes-Mandelieu bay, the course is a real oasis of tranquillity. The 18 hole course designed by the American architect Robert Trent Jones Sr is a real gem.

Royal Mougins Golf Club 18 holes: 6004m: par 71
Home of the Cannes Open: so a true "Championship" course, seemingly designed with TV cameras in mind. Green-fees include a buggy and endless range balls!

Cannes Mougins Golf Course is one of the most prestigious on the Cote D'Azur. Created by Allis and Thomas and modelled on the great English courses, this golf is 6236 metres long par 72

Golf Club Cannes Mandelieu

The Grand Old Lady of the Côte d'Azur. Beside the sea amongst the spreading umbrella pines. Boat ride from 2 to 3 and 12 to 13! Best played in the Spring as it tends to suffer over the Summer months at the hands of "irregular" golfers

Opio Valbonne Golf Course 18 holes: 5931m: par 72.
In the grounds of the Château de la Bégude, Opio Valbonne is an approachable course through fairly tight woodland. 

Le Provencal Golf

The course, with its undulating greens and narrow fairways winds through stands of pine and cork trees. It is guarantee to live up to any golfers expectations. 

St. Donat Golf Club 18 holes: 6031m: par 71.
A typical Trent Jones course, albeit modified by the terrain in places. Wends its way through gently sloping terrain, and around the pretty loops of the rivulet.

Victoria Golf Club
Par 34, 2.334 mètres, this course is well protected by bunkers and water features, particularly on the first and eigth hole and requires straight hitting, a number of valleys and slopes on the fairways.
