This mansion was decorated in the mid 19th century by our ancestral vintners.
Once you are through the gate you will discover the warm atmosphere of a real mansion that has a conservatory for our exotic birds which delight both adults and children. A very pleasant and authentic welcome is always assured.

A Hidden Paradise
Pushing the big gate you enter the closed world of a flowered courtyard, shaded by palms and orange trees. The rooms, all different, have retained their antique furniture. All five rooms have a private bathroom and amenities for your comfort.
Breakfast is served in the neo-Renaissance ining room with its stained glass windows, overlooking the Napoleon III lounge.
The library, a spacious room overlooking the garden, is at your disposal. You can play the piano, , immerse yourself in one of the many books or watch TV.
We also have an exceptional winter garden with its rockery and ponds and an aviary with parrots and other exotic birds.

It is a compact par 27 approach course ideal for improving one's game or for the ambitious beginner or the children. The private golf course is exclusive for you and your guests, no entrance fee or starting time. There are several halve sets available even for the children.

La Jalle, Bordeaux International Open course, is a flat and wooded course with difficult roughs. It is situated close to the Garonne river in a natural totally real estate-free environment. The course will suit all levels of players but it does require accuracy with its fast, difficult to read and well-protected greens and some long par 4's.
Les Etangs, the French Junior Championship course is a slightly undulating course with many lateral water hazards making it tough for beginners. All clubs in the bag will be required. Its sandy greens are fast and well defended.
Golf de Pessac - 18 holes, par 72, 6056 m
Surrounded by beautiful pine forest, Pessac is a fairly flat but intelligently designed layout making good use of water hazards. Don’t waste shots around the fairways, because the greens are renowned throughout the region for their speed and cruel contours !

The furniture is a blend of antique style wrought-iron beds with the comfort of orthopaedic mattresses on wooden-slat bases.
The Living Rooms: On the upper floor of the chianti villa rental, you will discover two large and beautifully bright living rooms. The warm rays of the Tuscan sun shine gloriously through the enormous arched windows and you can thoroughly relax on the comfortable sofas and or armchairs. A magnificent stone fireplace bearing the Sernigi Family crest, stands guard in one of the living rooms and the floors that surround you, glow with the special patina of aged hand-made terracotta. The comforts of home have not been forgotten: within an elegant antique large cabinet, you will discover a satellite TV, a DVD and CD player.
The Dining Room and Kitchen:
The delicious food of Tuscany is only improved by the presence of friends and family and a beautiful space that surrounds you! We have endeavoured to create that place for you!
A grand dining room table, three meters long (with the possibility of an extension to 4.5 meters, seating 12-20 persons), comfortable chairs, sideboards and antique wooden cupboards graciously furnish this room. An impressive fireplace decorates one entire wall and seems to hold court, in this perfect location to share your lunches and dinners. To further enhance the magic, all the dishes and plates are embossed with the Sernigi family crest. Truly this is a royal experience!
The very well equipped large kitchen with professional stoves, an industrial dishwasher, double refrigerator and a marble topped table provides the necessary tools to create wonderful food. .
Within the Villa is the Estate cellar, where, along with barrels with our own Chianti DOCG red wine, bottles of our olive oil are stored. Guests at the Villa are welcome to try our production of wine and oil. Enzo, an expert in wine and oil, can advise you and guide you in all matters of each.
In the warm weather months you can comfortably eat outdoors, under the large gazebo. An enormous table and chairs for 20 persons welcome you to the courtyard. Upon request, it is also possible to organize dinner, elsewhere, in the spacious garden.
The Pool : Villa Chianti Castellare de’ Sernigi offers its guests a large open-air swimming pool area, in the tranquil countryside of the Chianti region. The large swimming pool area is the ideal place in which to enjoy the Tuscan sun. You can, therefore, add enjoyment to your vacation in the Chianti area around our pool, which is equipped with comfortable sun-beds, and relax under the shade of the olive trees. On the lawn right next to the pool is a splendid gazebo covered in vines, with chairs and a table which offers refreshing shade during the hottest hours of the day. There is also a changing cabin with a fridge in which to keep drinks cool, and an outside shower.
The pool area is next to the Villa, is completely fenced off and has a lockable gate. The swimming pool is 15 metres x 7 metres and goes from 1.20 metres to 1.40 metres in depth (therefore it is possible to stand up all over).
The Garden: Villa Chianti Castellare de’ Sernigi, located right in the heart of the Chianti area, has a large garden with lawns, rose gardens and olive trees and there are armchairs and a table on the side looking towards the swimming pool. In the old stone courtyard of the Villa, surrounded by laurel bushes on the kitchen/entrance side of the Villa you will find comfortable armchairs and a 4-metre table under a gazebo covered by fox-grape vines for outdoor dining. At the further end of the garden there is a copse of trees with a large marble-topped table, lighting and a small kitchen where you can prepare meals and relax in the shade on the hammocks,
The Vineyard (agricultural area): The Villa is surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards, olive trees and woods. Our red wine – Chianti DOCG – is produced using selected hand-picked San Giovese grapes which undergo a lengthy maceration. Our extra virgin olive oil has won many prizes for quality.

Poggio dei Medici Golf and Country Club
The golf course was designed by Baldovino Dassù and Alvise Rossi Fioravanti and it is an impressive and entertaining course to play. It is a championship course built according to USGA standards. The golf course is challenging for both beginner and advanced players, including those who enjoy playing at competition levels.
The Montelupo Golf Club was founded in 1996 by Christopher Cowie , who designed the course with 9 holes on flat land along the river Arno, surrounded by the beautiful Tuscan landscape of Chianti Montalbano. The course, 9 hole par 36, measuring 2,914 meters.

The fortified Manor Des Berthaisieres is situated in the village Cravant Les Coteaux, in a park of 7,5 ha, of which 8500 m² is vines in the middle of the prestigious Castles and Manors of the Loire Region. 9 km east from Chinon, 15 km south from Azay Le Rideaux, and 35 km south from Tours. We have three fields for pastures for our horses and those of our guests. We are affiliated with La Fédération Française des Relais d’étape du Tourisme Équestre (equestrian centres).
Apart from our grounds complete with our century old trees we have a large area of marshland who features on maps from as long ago as the 18th century. During the 18th Century the Manor was indeed a fishmerans retreat. Our original porch doorway with arched vaults actually dates back to 1574 and was classed as an Historical Monument in 1947. We are an independent Guesthouse but are also feature in the Michelin guide since 2007.
Since 2009 we have been a member of the Association of Hôte et Jardin www.guest.garden.com inspired by the Château de Villandry and its remarkable gardens, for the moment there are 18 Guesthouses for those that love to visit marvellous gardens in the Touraine area.
Les Berthaisieres has three double rooms, one in the Manor house (air-conditioned), the second "Les Peupliers" at the first floor and the third "Le Labrador" at ground level, are both situated in the Manor Pavillion.
Our guests have at their disposal a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi and a fitness area, and during dinner we can also offer our guests our own wine Croix Boissée which is produced and bottled in our own cellars, a wine produced by hand.
We can arrange wine tasting tours at the local vineyards, please ask us for details.
We have kayaks and bicycles available for our guests.

The Manor
Beautiful eighteenth century manor house with a magnificent view over the medieval castle of Chateauneuf-en-Auxois and the Canal of Burgundy, Serrigny Manor offers you the comfort of its four guest rooms decorated in charming and refined atmosphere. For the comfort of our guests we have limited to four the number of rooms (on a surface total of 650 m²). A small park with trees of varied species and old roses contributes to the charm of the place. For your relaxation a swimming pool and a tennis field are available.
An ideal location in the heart of Burgundy
The manor Serrigny enjoys an ideal location. Indeed, midway between Dijon and Beaune, you will discover the old castles and historic homes, old monasteries and most prestigious vineyards (Nuits Saint Georges, Pommard, Meursault ...) You can also decide to stay, you walk along the Canal of Burgundy, visit the castle of Commarin (4km) or Chateauneuf-en-Auxois (2km). Breakfast
When you wake up and start the day, you can enjoy our breakfast. On fine days, whenever the weather permits, it is served on the outside with a magnificent view over the medieval castle. Our breakfast consists of two different traditional breads, orange juice and pastries, an assortment of home made jams and honey craft.
If you wish, you can get cheese, yoghurts, ham, eggs, brioche. Depending on the season, we add a fresh fruit salad. Served between 8h30 and 10h30.

Château Les Roches offers the experience of staying in a private country residence where we have just six guest bedrooms. Les Roches is located in the hilltop medieval village of Mont-Saint-Jean, and has unobstructed views of the countryside. The setting of Les Roches is picturesque and tranquil where one can unwind and feel completely relaxed.
Les Roches is situated in the heart of Burgundy (Côte d'Or) and is within an easy reach of the famous Burgundy wine areas (including Chablis, Côte-de-Beaune, Côte-de-Chalonnais and Côte-de-Nuits), historical sites and popular places of interest.
The six spacious double bedrooms, each with private en-suites, were completely renovated in 2005 and are decorated with both antique and contemporary furnishings.
Our guests are very welcome to use our salon, library and terrace to read the daily newspapers, peruse magazines, read a book and enjoy some of our wine. During the fall and winter periods the salon and library are even cosier as we burn wood in the fireplaces. We are pleased to offer complimentary wifi and internet access.
The breakfast is served from 08h30 to 10h30 on the terrace (weather permitting) or dining room. The Les Roches breakfast:
We offer home-cooked dinners twice per week (Thursdays and Saturdays) using regional and seasonal ingredients and we recommend matching Burgundy wines for each meal. The dinner experience begins with an aperitif in the salon, four-course meal in the dining room or terrace and ends with a coffee or tea in the library.
On Mondays and Fridays, we offer a Brasserie-style dinner where you will have a choice of starters, main courses and desserts.
On the other evenings, Sundays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, we offer cold-cut dinners consisting of a selection of cold cuts, selection of cheeses, salad and fresh bread. The cost is €19 per person.
We are very pleased to offer a small but modern fitness studio at Les Roches! Now you can continue your workout whilst on holiday! The fitness studio is located in our cellar and open from 08h00 to 20h00.
Self Catering
Our Gardener’s Cottage, which is located on the grounds of Château Les Roches, is a luxury self-catering accommodation and is available for week-long (rented from Friday to Friday) and has two double bedrooms, each with private bathrooms and both bedrooms have two double doors leading to a small private outside sun-filled terrace.
The cottage has a large open space for the lounge (along with a flat screen television with over 400 channels, iPod with Base docking station, WiFi access and a wood-burning fireplace), dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances including a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Lacanche stove, microwave and an espresso maker.
Our guests in the Gardener’s Cottage are very welcome to benefit from the services offered in the main house including the continental breakfast and the four-course dinners offered on Thursdays and Saturdays.

La Casa del Sole
It was the old barn of the farm from which they were obtained, after careful restoration, eight comfortable rooms: the first four, pointing to the first glimmers of the morning, look out over the swimming pool. From here you can enjoy a wonderful overview of our vineyards and the countryside . Another four have fantastic views of the sunset. More private and quiet, overlooking the lush woods of the estate. Each room with separate entrance from the porch is furnished with style, good taste and comfort. Our rooms are ideal for enjoying the views of nature. Four interconnecting rooms can be made giving the possibility to accommodate large families.
La Case del Fattore
And 'the traditional house of the Maremma estates. The ground floor is the reception area: an elegant living room with central fireplace in which to relax and read a good book, connected to the wide veranda used for dining area, where you will taste our delicious specialities of Maremma. On the first floor, overlooking a quiet room with fireplace, three suites are quiet, reserved and furnished with period pieces, from which you will enjoy sweeping views over our lands.

Services : The entire farm resort is surrounded by a stunning wood consisting partly in oak, chestnut and olive tress and partially in Mediterranean pine. The wood extends over an area of about 50 hectares (almost 100 acres) and welcomes you from the entrance of the farm, accompanying you along the 800 meters road which leads to the main farmhouse. The wood is the ideal place to take relaxing walks and if you are lucky you will meet some of the animals that live here, such as: fawns, squirrels, pheasant, turtle doves, hares, owls or see some of the beautiful hawks that fly high in the sky above us. We set out a series of routes in the wood which will assist you to get acquainted with this natural and uncontaminated beauty. We also organize hunting activities, in particular wild boar hunting with trained experts, and relaxing product picking walks: porcini and boletus mushrooms and will asparagus. You can also visit the most important natural park very close to our location: Maremma Natural Park also called park of Uccellina.
Restaurant: Opens only for our guests and server dinner. The quality of our cuisine is guaranteed by our products. We use home made products supplied by our own farm or by other near local farm. Dinner cost ranges from 25 to 35 euros, depending on the menu. The daily menu includes an appetizer, a first course, a second course, a side-dish, dessert, fresh fruit and water. Any other drink is charged extra. Special children’s menus have a reduction on the prices

We bought it and refurbished it four years ago because the great success met by Villa Castellare, our other rental property, resulted in the need to open another facility, allowing us to satisfy the needs of a growing clientele. We live about a 10 minute drive from the villa with our three children, and are always pleased to assist our guests with their tours, sightseeing, museum bookings, wine tasting, restaurant selection and shopping, focusing on making their holidays a delightful experience.
We present our beautifully restored villa, Il Santo, comprised of two buildings: a magnificent tower and the original hay barn, connected by a glass corridor but rented as one independent villa. The villa, with a separate studio apartment at pool level and seven double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms can accommodate 16 guests. A very well equipped large kitchen, huge dining room and several living rooms complete the interior offering and an assortment of furnished outdoor areas and al fresco dining terrace entice you to linger outdoors.
A typically Italian garden, with lawns adorned with roses, jasmine and indigenous plants and flowers offers our guests different areas to relax in with complete privacy. Marseillan One of Languedoc's gems, "what St Tropez most probably looked like before Brigitte Bardot went there" said The Guardian, Marseillan is an ancient Phocaen town that charms visitors. The port of Marseillan is a Mediterranean hot spot for water sports, for those sailing on the Canal du Midi and it's notably home to a sailing school. Amongst the back streets is a covered market hall built from basalt and the 17th century Church of Saint-Jean-Baptiste. You will see the facades of the town houses decorated with sculptures made of volcanic rock . You can stroll down to the Noilly Prat storehouse for a vermouth tasting, and along one side or other of the port depending which side is the sun, the wind, the docked boats or your favourite restaurant.

Designed by Patrice Lammbert, the 18 holes vary a great deal and the golfer is faced with real difficulties. The main impression that one is left with is of a place of peace and quiet due to the beautiful setting surrounded by all the different colours of nature. There are many animals around the course, such as ducks, partridges, hares and rabbits, confirming the impression of a place of natural interest. From a technical point of view, while all your golf clubs are necessary to play the course, a successful round also requires intelligence and a solid game.
