Los Olives - Designed by Robert Trent Senior, and is strategic narrow tree lined fairways and elevated greens.
Los Lagos - With its 6,367 metres, designed by Robert Trent Jones Senior, Los Lagos is a ground course with wide fairways and a few forest trees obstacles, but is defended by many bunkers and nine lakes, from which the course gets its name and which easily trap the ball. It is a course with soft movement and large greens.
La Cala Golf Cllub
La Cala golf club features three breathtaking 18 hole courses in a spectacular setting. La Cala North (Par 73) is a very hilly and spectacular golf course often with great height differences between tee and green which has been designed to use the natural features of the terrain to challenging effect. La Cala South (Par 72) golf course is slightly flatter and easier than the North course but still challenging for all levels of golfer. On this tighter, slightly shorter golf course, accuracy is rewarded rather than the long drive. The brand new Campo Europa Course (Par 71) will offer similar challenges to the other La Cala golf courses but has advantages for the average golfer.
Golf Torrequebrada 18-hole golf course:
One of the toughest on the Costa del Sol, known locally as "the Beast". Torrequebrada dares you to 'take it on'. Many water hazards, large bunkers and unique greens make it a hard track. Situated between the mediterranean sea and the mountains the large number of lakes and strategic placed bunkers, every hole is a different experience for the player.
Alhaurin Golf Course
Visiting golfers will find themselves spoilt for choice, for there are 45 holes in all, 27 which were designed by Seve Ballesteros. There is an 18 hole full length course, a nine-hole short course and also the only 18-hole par three course in Andalucia.
El Chaparral Golf Club is a paradise both for its spectacular beauty and its particular features for golf lovers. You will not find any other golf course similar to this one in Málaga. The quality of the greens on this course is famous among the Costa del Sol golf clubs.
