The spacious three bedroom (sleeps six) townhouses offer the best in Mediterranean luxury and style. Each unit has its own private rooftop terrace with a large jacuzzi.

From the living room you can access a covered terrace, the ideal venue to enjoy outdoor dining. The three bedrooms on the first floor each have an en-suite bathroom and comprise of a double or twin beds.

The luxury penthouse apartments at Colina del Paraíso offer the ultimate in grandeur and indulgence. Perfect for someone looking for that extra level of privacy and comfort. The deluxe kitchen is fully equipped to the highest standards with Siemens integrated microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen also has a separate utility room. Guadalmina Golf Course 45 holes
The second oldest club on the Costa del Sol is Guadalmina which opened in 1959 as a nine-hole course. The original South course was designed by Javier Arana, who extended it to a 18 hole par 72 in the late 1960s. Guadalmina south run salong the sea, and the course is bordered by well established trees. The North course (18 holes, par 71) opened in 1973, and was designed by Folco Nardi. This course is more gentle than its predecessor, but no less interesting, and it is quite tight in places.

El Paraiso offers beautiful mountain views as well as an exciting round of golf. This course was designed by Gary Player and it winds its way around two lakes and through hundreds of mature pine trees.

Flamingos Golf course
The 5,907 metre course was designed by Antonio Garcia Garrido and has many cypress, orange, olive, pine, carob and chestnut trees as well as a lake formed by the Arroyo del Taraje stream. The course has crushed marble bunkers. This course is in beautiful shape, a fair challenge to golfers.

Estepona Golf Course
The design uses the natural landscape which is set against the Sierra Bermeja mountain range, and enjoys sea views from most parts of the course. The fairways are wide and the greens large which provides a challenge for players of all levels, but doesn't penalise the average golfer.

Our 2 bed front line beach apartment is within a superb complex adjacent to the picturesque Duquesa marina. Located within 10 minutes drive of 8 championship golf courses (including Valderrama), the location is ideal for both family and sporting holidays.
The apartment is in the prestigious Marina de La Duquesa complex on the Costa del Sol. The private gated complex is right on the beach with four private pools, a sauna, tennis court and small gym, and is set in beautiful tropical gardens.
The apartment is on the fourth floor and is fully air-conditioned with marble floors throughout. There are two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with a bath and one with a shower). The kitchen has everything you could need including a dishwasher and microwave. The apartment also has its own utility room with a washing machine. The large sitting/dining room has satellite television and a DVD player for quiet nights in, and through the patio doors there are beautiful views from the balcony of the local mountain range,the blue flag sandy beach and Mediterranean sea.
Duquesa Marina is one of the prettiest and unspoilt marinas on the Costa Del Sol. There is good access from both Gibraltar (20 miles) and Malaga (50 miles) via both coastal and toll roads. Gibraltar, Selwo Park (an African adventure theme park with wild animals and activities for everyone to enjoy), Bahia Park (a large water adventure and amusement park), Estepona and the famous Andalucian white villages in the hills are all a short drive away.
Costa del Golf - Golf courses in and around Duquesa. The Costa del Sol has not been named the Costa del Golf without good reason, it is simply a golfer's paradise. Our apartment is only a 2 minute drive from La Duquesa Golf Club which was designed by Robert Trent Jones. La Duquesa is one of Costa del Sol's most varied courses and is renowned for its spectacular landscape with views of the mountains and the Mediterranean. Below we have listed some of the other courses in the area with brief details about each one, and all are within a 30 minute drive from the apartment.
La Quinta Golf and Country Club This course consists of three 9 hole courses with tight fairways which make it quite a demanding course. Designed by Antonio Garcia Garrido and Manuel Pinero.
Estepona Golf Club The course has wonderful views of the mountains and is surrounded by green fields. The rough tends to be difficult.
Alcaidesa This course is reminiscent of the Scottish Links. Opened in June 1992, this excellent eighteen hole golf course has spectacular views of the Mediterranean, Straits of Gibraltar and North Africa. If the golf isn’t going well the views here are fantastic. Designed by Peter Alliss and Clive Clark.
Almenara Golf Club. Situated close to the beach in Sotogrande, this eighteen hole golf course has a big lake and spectacular views.
Los Naranjos Surrounded by many orange trees, this course plays reasonably long and is definitely not easy. The intimidating 18th hole finishes in American style towards an elevated green protected by a water hazard in front of it. The impressive clubhouse and packed balcony behind the hole adds to the atmosphere. Designed by Robert Trent Jones.
La Cañada Golf The course is located in the hills adjacent to Valderrama and is open to some wind. The 4th is a trek into the unknown with no view of the green until the third shot.
Guadalmina Golf Club Guadalmina is the second oldest golf club on the coast. The south course is the most challenging with wide fairways winding between shady trees, while the north course undulates between more trees. Designed by Folco Nardi.
Royal Sotogrande Golf Club Royal Sotogrande, which opened in 1964, has become known as one of the finest courses in Europe. The Bermuda grass has been imported to make sure that the fairways are always in the finest condition.
San Roque This attractively landscaped golf course is both challenging and fair, and fairways are lined with mature trees. The course is also noted for its enormous bunkers.
Monte Mayor Golf Club The course meanders through a mountain valley, with ravines and gullies, winding streams, raised tees and plateaued fairways which are all part of the course. Possibly the Costa del Sol's most spectacular course.
El Paraiso Golf & Country Club The golf course is set in the Paraiso Valley and is traversed by streams many of which are hidden, and winds round two lakes and through trees. Heavy rough borders the fairways.
