This property is a fully air-conditioned, 2 bedroom terraced townhouse, located opposite the communal pool and situated at Residencial La Cinuelica, Los Altos.

There is a tiled porch area for al fresco dining.

The living/dining room which has air conditioning, providing hot or cold air, has a sofa (sofa-bed), coffee table, dining table and four chairs, pictures. The window looks out to the front of the property, where you can the pool.

For entertainment you have TV with approx 30 digital channels, stations include BBC1 & 2, ITV1 & 2, Ch4, Ch5, Sky Sports 1-3, Sky movies 1 & 2, Sky One, UK Gold, Sky News etc and approx 12 radio stations.

The fully fitted and tiled kitchen has a fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, hot water tank, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The kitchen has a window looking to the rear of the property and a door leading to the outside galleria. Also on the ground floor you have a downstairs WC, with toilet, sink, mirror and window.

Both bedrooms are located on the first floor along with the bathroom. The main bedroom has air-conditioning with hot and cold air. 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe with hangers, bedside cabinet, and a balcony which overlooks the communal pool. The second bedroom has air conditioning with hot and cold air. 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe with hangers, bedside cabinet, a lamp, blankets and the window faces to the rear of the property.

The fully tiled bathroom has a bath, over the bath shower, shower curtain, bidet, toilet, sink, mirror and a window.

The roof solarium has views of the surrounding area.

Additional items: safe, patio table and 4 chairs, 2 relaxing chairs, travel cot, iron and ironing board.

The gated communal pool with lawn area is directly in front of the property. Parking is available on the road close to the property.

Walking distance from the property you have: Several supermarkets including; Mercadona, Consum, Mas y Mas, Carrefour, Lidl, Aldi.    There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the commercial complex Via Park 3, 20 minute walk, with a variety of restaurants, including Spud Murphy’s fish and chip restaurant, Chinese and Indian restaurant, several English bars, including Maddison’s Sports Bar, Liberty's, Honeys Bar and restaurant, Lime Bar, a Quicksave supermarket, Butterflies tea room and the Post Room which offers internet access.

Overlooking the sea, at Punta Prima, you have the Nautilus restaurant and Punta Prima Restaurant - both highly recommended. Punta Prima beach, is closest to the property and is a sandy beach with beach bar during the summer months, approximately 20 minute walk.

Driving distance from the property you have …. 4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.

Torrevieja town is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras. Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.

An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive. Car hire can be organised, on booking, if required. We can also provide airport transfer and car hire.

Golf:

La Finca Golf Course
The course, designed by Jose Gancedo, is 6394m in length, Par 72 and opened in 2001. La Finca Golf Club is located near the towns of Algorfa and Orihuela. This magnificent golf course is only a short journey to the beaches and to the "sister" golf courses at Villamartin and Las Ramblas.

Golf Villamartin
Villamartin plays over undulating fairways to well protected greens, each hole complimenting the other with the hazards carefully placed. The course is well established at twenty five years. A ravine comes into play on the inward part of the course. The 14th and the 17th holes are both particularly spectacular on a course that is always in excellent condition.

Las Ramblas Golf Club
This course overlooks the mediteranean and is probably the most challenging of the four local courses. This beautiful course was designed by one of Spain 's most famous golf course architects. This course is known as his "Picasso" (par 72). Real Club de Campoamor
The sculptured greens and fairways of Campoamor are reminiscent of Augusta . The course is very green and lush (par 72). The expansive fairways, excellent greens and the lakes deceive the player somewhat, making this is a long and testing course with six "dog legs" to keep you on your toes.

Location
The apartment is in an excellent location on the outskirts of Formentera del Segura meaning there are stunning views to enjoy.

About the Area
Located on the outskirts of Formentera del Segura, you will have the best of all that Spain has to offer. If you just want a peaceful space to relax in, this little village is perfect, whereas those who want to enjoy a more active, fun packed holiday will find they’re never far away from something to do.

Just a short walk away from the apartment, you’ll find the village plaza, where you can soak up the atmosphere of this charming village. Go for a stroll down to the plaza of an evening when it really comes alive, and wander down the small streets, occasionally passing locals relaxing in rocking chairs as the world goes by.

Rojales is close by and has shops, bars, restaurants and there is a whole street of nightclubs to visit of a weekend.

Also close by, you’ll find Benimar. If you like to dine out, a visit here is recommended, with its wide range of cuisine including Italian, Chinese and Indian, and there’s even a steak house! You can also relax with a drink or two in one of the many bars here.

If sunbathing is more your thing, the Costa Blanca beaches are some of the finest in the whole of Spain, perhaps even Europe. Guardamar beach is a particular highlight, with its Blue Flag status and the front is littered with seafood restaurants offering delicious food right by the beach!

If you want to try your hand at some water sports, there is a wide range available at the marina, including jet skiing, wind surfing and sailing.

Benidorm is famous for the vibrant nightlife, which is ideal for party animals, but on a visit during the daytime you can explore the cobbled streets and learn about the history.

For the kids, there is a great water park in Quesada & is only a short drive away, plus the excellent Terra Mittica theme park is a must!

How to get here

Fly to either Alicante or Murcia airport, both. Flights are available from most major UK airports from airlines such as Easy jet, British Airways, Ryanair and Monarch.

You can hire a car from the airport or via the internet before you depart. You will be given directions to the apartment when you pay the final balance.

For those of you who don't drive or just want to relax, we can arrange transfers to & from the airport.

For golfers, this area is a paradise, with no less than 5 courses easily accessible, one being only a short 5 minute drive away! Some of the excellent courses nearby include the La Marquesa Golf Club in Rojales, La Finca and Villamartin.

Take advantage of the beautiful weather that is offered by the fantastic Costa Blanca, to practice your favourite sport during the whole year, and do it in the golf course that has all the services that a player needs. Located in a flat valley in between the mountains, and sheltered by its own unique microclimate, is the La Marquesa golf & country club. It has an 18-hole course that is quite comfortable without excess difficulties, with altering long and short holes.

House rental near Villamartin Golf Course and Las Ramblas Golf Course, Costa Blanca, Spain

House by the Pool Orihuela Costa, Costa Blanca Spacious and fully equipped 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Playa Flamenca, in the beautiful Orihuela Costa on the southern Costa Blanca. The location means that you are not dependant upon having a hire car.

Sleeps up to 8 people. 1 double room, 2 twin rooms and two single folding beds. The house has terraces on two sides, overlooking one of the two private communal pools, with a sea view from the large solarium. All rooms have ceiling fans, free standing fans and heaters. Egyptian cotton sheets are provided. Towels for use in the house are supplied but please bring your own towels for use at the pool and beach.The house is fully double glazed and has security grills on all windows and lockable rejas on all doors. The terrace gate is also lockable. The house is less than 1 mile from the beach in a quiet location in Playa Flamenca. Close to restaurants, bars and shops. There are full facilities within walking distance so a hire car is not essential.

Close to prestigious golf courses: 4km from Villa Martin, 6km from Las Ramblas and Campoamor, 15 minutes drive to La Finca and 25 minutes drive to La Manga.

There are many tourist attractions in the area to suit all tastes. Water parks, go-karting, museums, horse riding, zoos, palm gardens, theme park, water sports, diving, the large 'parque natural', many beaches, markets, bowling, cinema. There may even be a local fiesta at the time of your visit. There are historic towns to visit, traditional villages, beautiful coves, lovely countryside and even nearby mountains. Just down the road is the Mar Menor, famous for it's mud baths and water sports. The area is serviced by two local airports, Alicante about 45 minutes by car to the north and Murcia (San Javier) approximately 20 minutes to the south. Playa Flamenca is easily reached using the national N332 road or the AP7 toll motorway. The town of Torrevieja is a short drive or bus ride away.

The House:
Outside terraces: The house has terraces on two sides overlooking the pool and garden. Large table, chairs and sun shade are provided for 'al fresco' dining.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, oven, grill, kettle, toaster, juicer and wine rack. All cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery are provided.

Lounge/diner: The dining area has an extending pine table that comfortably seats 6 and a large pine dresser containing games, books, DVD's, videos and tourist information. The lounge area has a two seater and a three seater sofa, coffee tables, music centre, TV (10 English channels) with video and DVD players. A selection of videos, DVD's and CD's are provided for your convenience. Ceiling fans, free standing fan and electric fire. Two single folding beds can be used either in the lounge or one in each of the up-stair bedrooms.
Downstair shower room: Shower, wash basin and toilet.
Downstair twin bedroom: Large built in wardrobe, two full-size English single beds (Spanish beds are shorter!), two pine bedside cabinets, pine headboards, bedside lamps. Ceiling fan, free standing fan and electric heater.

Master bedroom: Large room with a King size bed, headboard, two bedside cabinets, bedside lamps, large chest of drawers, mirrors and built in wardrobe. Double doors open onto the balcony with wooden table and chairs, overlooking the pool and garden. Ceiling fan, free standing fan and electric heater. Space for cot or folding bed if required (cot can be hired locally and delivered before your arrival.)
Upstairs twin bedroom: Large room with two full size English single beds, bedside cabinets, bedside lamps, headboards, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe. Ceiling fan, free standing fan and electric heater. Room for folding bed or cot if required.
Upstairs bathroom: Bath with shower over, vanity wash basin, toilet and bidet.
Washing machine, ironing board and iron are in the airing cupboard on landing.

Marble stairs to: Solarium: Large roof terrace with table, chairs, sun shade, barbecue, sun loungers, clothes drier. Views to the pool and garden and also of the sea.

POOLS: There are two pools of similar size available for your use, both in gated grounds for safety. The first is next to the house, set in a garden and clearly visable from all outdoor spaces and from most windows of the house. The second is not visable but very close by and has more terrace. To reach this take the path between the houses at the furthest corner of the pool garden.

VILLAMARTIN Par 72,6037 metres
Approximately 4 km from the house. The oldest and probably the most famous course in the area. This is a very interesting course but not that difficult. The rolling landscape means a round can offer you many variations to your game for you to enjoy. Opened in 1972 by Paul Pulman.

LAS RAMBLAS Par 71, 5679 metres
Approximately 6km from the house. Go in land from the beach of Campoamor and you will not only find this fine course but next to it you have the fabulous Campoamor course. Las Ramblas is regarded as probably the most difficult in the area. Narrow with many trees and traps, that have been designed to be difficult, it can make a hard day out on the course.

CAMPOAMOR Par 72, 6056 metres
Also approximately 6km from the house. Campoamor has a lot to offer on and of the course. The fantastic new club house stands like a monument on top of the hill at the centre of the complex. This area has been built with the needs of the golfer in mind from start to finish. . The wide fairways and larger greens of this course makes it very popular and it isn't regarded as that hard to play, but it can hold a few surprises.

LA FINCA Par 72,6032 metres
Located about 15 kilometers inland of Torrevieja and 4 kilometers from the small town of Algorfa. This is a bit of a challenging 18 hole course. Set in a fantastic setting, if you have time to look up from the ball you can take in the full impact of the surrounding mountains in all their splender. It is hilly in places and has a rolling landscape, the wind can effect your game as it blows hard where the course is raised.

QUESADA (La Marquesa) Par 72, 5990 metres
Known better as La Marquesa you will find this interesting course set in a valley. 18 holes and regarded as a white card, flat with very wide fairways without that many obstacles. A few canals do cross the course which are there to take water from the surrounding hills, but there is enough space to aim for you to avoid them.
