The property benefits from central heating (radiators) throughout which is ideal for those chilly spring evenings or for those wishing a winter retreat. The air conditioning is hot and cold and there is also a log burner in the top apartment.
The upper apartment has tiled flooring throughout and the lower apartment has tiled bathrooms and the living and bedroom area are quality laminate flooring.

As well as the lovely eating area on the pool side on the ceramic patio set, placed under the sun canopy, where you will find both the conventional and gas BBQs, there are eating and drinking areas on the top terrace with sun canopy (upper apartment), the Naya on the middle terrace, covered, (lower apartment) and two areas on the bottom terrace. The amazing views can be seen from all of these areas as well as the balconies on each level.
Villa La Vina is situated in a rural setting, between the sea and village of Benissa - a historic town with its fabulous church and quaint village square and shops - near to Teulada, Calpe, Moraira and Javea. It borders the Jalon Valley, which is famous for its wine making, where you can stock up on good quality wine from the local bodegas at extremely reasonable prices for the duration of your stay, in between sun bathing round the pool or on the white sandy beaches with clear blue water all only 5 minutes away.

Ifach Golf Club
The Ifach golf course is situated in Moraira on a country estate with the best views in the Autonomous Region of Valencia. It has a round of nine holes (6 par-3’s and 3 par-4’s) and even though the holes are short, the terrain and the narrow fairways make them quite difficult and technical. However, two rounds can be managed easily and players will be able to enjoy their game while admiring the view of the Peñón de Ifach rock and the sun sparkling on the Mediterranean Sea.
Located close to Javea, this is an ideal course for the summer heat as walking around the flat terrain, planted attractively with Mediterranean flora, requires minimal effort. Surrounded by pinewoods it is sheltered from the winter wind byCape San Antonio and so has a wonderful climate in the winter months.
La Sella Golf Course is surrounded by the Natural Park of Montgó, a Mediterranean forest.
Llebeig.: The first 9 holes are oriented towards the South. These holes, running between huge masses of pine are characterized by its scenic beauty with spectacular views of the natural park of Montgó. Technically difficult this is a varied course where the player will have to use almost all clubs.
Gregal: The second 9 holes is flatter with many water obstacles.
Mestral: Three pairs 3, 4 and 5, situated in a higher area than most other holes of the course, these holes offer a spectacular view on the sea, the Segaria mountain and the natural park of Montgó. With wider fairways and large Greens, this course is designed to enjoy golf in full nature.

2 bedroom bungalow in a quiet area in Moraira,10x5( communial) pool with roman steps, a grass terrace to enjoy al fresco dining on warm summer nights,with private parking, the bungalow is south facing giving sunshine from dawn to dusk. A tranquil base from which to explore the Northern Costa Blanca, Moraira itself offers wonderful beaches and plenty of sports,(tennis, diving, windsurfing, jet skis, golf) plus easy access (20-30 mins drive) to theme and water parks. There are 2 golf courses in the area plus in nearby Gandia and Benidorm. Valencia City is just a short train ride away with its museums and aquariums, not forgetting the F1 grand prix street circuit. If you feel like a walk in the hills, there is Jalon andthe Bernia mountain, also Guadalest village perched high in the hills overlooking Altea and Benidorm.
Car hire is essential for those wanting a quiet tranquil holiday,Moraira and supermarkets approx 5 mins drive, a local bar/bistro is just 2mins walk.
Accommodation
Our holiday bungalow is located in the small town of Moraira, a fishing village that has grown over the years but retained it's village charm with 2 blue flag beaches. Nestled on the cost at the foot of a beautiful valley with vine yards along it's length Moraira is the perfect place for holidays.
It is set in a quiet area just above the town, is child friendly with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom sleeps a maximum of 4,it has a spacious living/dining area, fully equipped modern kitchen.
The urbanisation is built on old wine terraces and boasts some beautiful mature gardens with some areas for quiet contemplation in the shade. Outside the bungalow there is a grassed area with seating for 4 and a BBQ for those wonderful Al Fresco evenings of dining under the stars, the night time temp from May to September averages about 18oC.
Master bedroom : The master bedroom has a queen sized bed double glazed windows with mosquito nets.
Bedroom 2: this room has twin beds with views of the terraces and the communal pool.
Bathroom: The bathroom has been recently refurbished and has a power shower with multi function shower, sink and toilet. there is also an air warmer/cooler above the door.
Living area: The living area is open plan with a newly refurbished American kitchen, the Naya is an ideal dining area giving views of the gardens and pool, or the french doors from the kitchen area allow access to the grassed area at the side of the bungalow for al fresco dining on the terrace area between the bungalows. There is also a washing machine in a cassita, plus a BBQ for those balmy summer evenings enjoying the stars and a bottle of wine!
Pool and terrace : The pool is communal, 10 x 5 mtrs, with a grassed terrace surrounding. Sun beds are available to take to the pool terrace, plenty of chairs are available for sitting around the terrace of the bungalow.
Location and surrounding area
Bungalow Moraira is on a peaceful urbanisation, approx 0.5kms from Moraira town and the beaches, bars and restaurants, to walk takes about 10 mins,to drive 5 and there is plenty of parking. Supermarkets are within a 5 min drive. The bungalow itself is south facing so has sun from dawn to dusk, the weather is mild for most of the year, making the availability for renting the property from March to December. In the town there is a fun fair for the children to enjoy at night, for those who like to dine out there are plenty of good restaurants in the area(CasaRio,Olive tree-fine dining but well priced,Davids fish & chips-5 euro lunch,Vivaldi's-best salads in town). Valencia is just 1 hour away with science park &Aquarium,Fi racing & round the world race yacht's, also Gandia with spectacular beaches and in the Town the Borgia's Palace.
A short drive will also bring you into the Jalon valley, which is awash with blossom from Spring to Autumn from the varios fruit bearing trees, there are street markets and rastro markets in all of the villages in the area on different days of the week, a list of which is in the bungalow.
GOLFING IN THE MORAIRA AREA.
There are a number of golf clubs in the area, the first and closest is :The Ifach Golf Club, 9 Holes.
Club de Golf Ifach was one of the first golf clubs to be established on the Costa Blanca and has been attracting new members and holiday golfers for well over thirty years. Situated in a valley near the coastal road between Moraira and Calpe, the golf course affords superb views of the Mediterranean Sea and the spectacular Peñon de Ifach from which the golf club has taken its name.
