Its strategic location, not far from the most important communication links as well as the arterial roads of the region, makes the property an important point to visit the most impressive Umbrian villages and towns such as Perugia (4 km), the Trasimeno Lake, Assisi (20 km about), Deruta, Todi, Orvieto, Spello, Gubbio, Trevi, Montefalco, Spoleto, Norcia, Cascia, Città della Pieve, Corciano and so on.
The property is a 18th -century three-level building completely refurbished, equipped with a lift offering comfort and hospitality in its 15 fully -equipped bedrooms (bathroom, telephone, television and heating). The restaurant is based on the typical Umbrian food under the owner's supervision as a reflection of the family-run atmosphere. The service is individual upon reservation; breakfast is included in the prices of the room. The presence of a wide solarium lets our guests to relax and to enjoy a marvellous view as well.
The surrounding park allows you to go out for long walks with your pets- a special place is reserved to them.
The property is also suitable for the disabled allowing them an easier access to the whole structure and its facilities.

The course is gently undulating parkland - Par 72 - SSS 70 - 6,272 yards in length, partly dating from the nineteen fifties, and redesigned by the Architect Davide Mezzacane and increased to 18 holes in the early nineties. The holes are not exceptionally long, but the rich vegetation, and mature trees lining many fairways call for precision, particularly with the drive, and on the fast, undulating greens.

Two old stone farmhouses, with a pigeon-house tower dated 1600 a.d., separated by a nice little square, have been restored to their former glory, surrounded by olive trees and located on a hill, they have regained their rural tradition and architectural heritage, saved to be reduced to ruins or even disappeared. The large rustic, original fireplaces which where the centre of family life for the farmers returning home after hard work in the fields, evoke an old-age country atmosphere.
Located near Corciano and Perugia, Agri&Golf is an old"Agriturismo" (Farmhouse Bed & Breakfast) elegantly renovated to give you an experience extremely comfortable and, at the same time, faithful to the spirit of Umbrian paesant culture.

There are 6 self-contained apartments (Lallo, Capanna, Forrest, Farm, Forno, Torre) each sleeping 4 - 8 people. They are simply furnished in accordance with a traditional rustic style, have well equipped kitchen and double bathrooms. The romantic pigeon-house tower is ideal for honeymoon couples.
The most ancient farmhouse, dated 1500 A.D., named after the head of the peasants' Family that have lived there over the last 60 years. Entrance with a balcony-loggia. Living room with a large fire place endowed with corner seats (called "cantoni") to sit in front of the fire. A spacious kitchen. Four bedrooms sleeping eight people. Two bathrooms with bath and shower.
So called because it was used as a shelter for the oxcart, for the wheat seeding machine, and for farming tools. The living room, with a kitchen corner, has a nice open fire place. The two bedrooms are located in the lower level of the pigeon-house tower. One bathroom with bath and shower - one bathroom with shower.
Forrest
Built on the ground floor, where the farmers used to keep straw, green grass and hay, which were eventually ground and mixed to feed oxes, cows and calves. Living room with a fire place. Kitchen corner behind the fire place. Two bedrooms. A bathroom with shower and bath, and a toilet.
Farm
This apartment occupies almost the entire farmhouse, it is characterised by the typical Umbrian architecture, with an exterior staircase endowed with a balcony-loggia, which offers the view of the entire valley and the surrounding green hills. Living room with a roof truss of hazel oak rafters, enlightened by ancient wrought iron chandeliers. A large original fire place endowed with corner seats (called "cantoni"). A wide kitchen. Four spacious bedrooms sleeping eight people. One bathroom with bath and shower. Two bathrooms with shower.
Forno
Where the old wood stove was placed, used by the farmers to bake the traditional Easter cheese bread, and to roast the meat during the lunch breaks of the summer thresh and the grape harvest, a nice ground floor apartment has been built, very fresh and comfortable. A spacious living room with kitchen corner characterised by a large brick arch and a big rural original fire place. Two bedrooms. Two bathrooms with shower.
Torre
Located at the top of the tower originally designed for pigeon breeding. A spacious living room with a kitchen corner, and a traditional rural fire place. Two bedrooms, with evidence at the walls of the original pigeon alcoves and with particular round windows with brick rays. One bathroom with bath, one bathroom with shower. View of the valley and the swimming pool. A familiar and cosy atmosphere, ideal for honeymoons.
Spring and fall heated swimming pool
Elegant and comfortable bean-shaped swimming pool, placed in a natural platform on the hills, surrounded by many olive trees with wide green terraces overlooking the valley and the opposite hills. It is exposed to south, therefore entirely sunny the whole day.
