Dooks Golf Club
The Course is now nearly 6600 yards from the back tees but don't be over ambitious the course from the White tees which even though short by modern standards, will test every club in the bag and that's on a calm day! If there is even a "gentle" Atlantic breeze. Dooks is a place where every par feels like a birdie, but irrespective of the conditions or what you score, the stunning panoramic views will remain in the memory.
Waterville Golf Club
A challenging, immaculately maintained 18 hole links course. Well worth a round for more serious golfers and discounted green fees can be arranged. Well worth an early start, as you’re likely to be held up by over-zealous golfers wanting to hole every putt!

Lackabane, is a Parkland course providing an excellent golfing challenge with enough water hazards that add both beauty and danger in equal measure.

Welcome to Hawthorn Lodges, two self-catering holiday apartments in the heart of the beautiful town of Kenmare in County Kerry, Ireland.
Situated to the rear of the property, for maximum peace and quiet, Hawthorn Lodges provide a modern and cosy base from which to explore the Ring of Kerry, Beara Peninsula and the Lakes of Killarney. Kenmare town with its brightly-coloured buildings and reputation for fine dining is right outside the door.
Arranged over two floors, Hawthorn Lodges are bright and airy and are decorated and well appointed throughout. Each apartment can sleep 5 comfortably and all bed linen and towels are provided.
Home-from-home touches such as flat screen TV with satellite channels, DVD player and comfy leather reclining chairs are just some of the features that make these apartments ideal if you are planning a holiday in the Kenmare area.

Both apartments are individually furnished and decorated and warm wooden floors and limestone tiles cover the floors, for a modern, easy to maintain look.
Downstairs there is a large open-plan sitting room, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. There is also a cloakroom. The sitting room has a comfy leather couch and two reclining chairs, satellite TV, DVD player and open gas fire. The dining area has a wooden dining table and chairs. The beautiful fitted kitchen has oven, hob,
microwave, fridge, large freezer, dishwasher and ample cupboards and shelves.
Outside, Hawthorn Lodges offer private patio gardens with table and chairs and secure off-street parking.
Right outside the door is a sunny patio garden where you can unwind after your day out and then stroll into Kenmare and discover one of its many fine restaurants and bars.
In addition to the small private garden outside each apartment, guests can also enjoy the pretty landscaped garden that surrounds Hawthorn House Bed and Breakfast next door.

Kenmare golf course boasts some of the finest scenery imaginable. The views over Kenmare bay and the surrounding mountains take one’s breath away. The course has some great feature holes and is always in first class condition which are all the ingredients for a wonderful round of golf.

This 3 bedroom waterfront home lies within 4 miles from Kenmare town (a 10 minute drive) on the Ring of Kerry on the South West coast of Ireland.
