Accommodation Details : The main entrance to the villa leads into the large lounge with dining area.The lounge is tastefully furnished with plenty of comfortable seating, a great place to relax at the end of the day. For entertainment there is a full size piano, English TV, DVD and Wi-Fi. The lounge has a working feature fireplace, round glass dining table seating four/six and several console tables. Double doors open on to a large terrace with views over the fabulous kidney shaped pool and lovely gardens.

The Kitchen opens on to the lounge. A very well equipped kitchen consisting of halogen hob, with an extra large oven beneath, built-in American fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher and built-in microwave, feature marble sink and drainer plus a table and three chairs.

The Master Bedroom suite is private, with access up a narrow marble staircase to the first floor. At the top of the stairs there is a recess area with a writing desk. To the right the bedroom is nicely furnished with a king size bed and sofa under the window with marble floor and plenty of storage space. From here the view is across the pool and gardens. Across the top of the stairs lies the bathroom with marble walls and floor, walk-in shower cubicle, double sinks and wc. The other bedrooms are accessed through double doors from the lounge that open on to a hallway.

Bedroom 2 - From the hall this attractively furnished room has a king size bed, double built-in wardrobes, a further wardrobe and French windows that open on to the large sunny terrace with super views over the pool and gardens. The bathroom is separate and across the hall, with walk- in shower cubicle, bath, built-in sink, wc and heated towel rail.

Bedroom 3 - this room also has a king size bed and open wardrobe. French windows open on to the driveway. An ensuite shower room with marble corner shower, sink unit and wc.

Bedroom 4 - Accessed further along the hall, this room has a larger size single bed, window on to the car port area and French windows on to the driveway. Next door is a separate shower room with walk in shower, double sink unit, heated towel rail and wc.

The medieval village Lorgues is 10 minutes away with its weekly Provencal market, bars and fabulous restaurants, or you could visit the Gorge du Verdon (the French grand canyon). Le Thoronet has all the necessary shops, bars or restaurants also activities such as kyaking, cycling, horse riding, tennis, wine tasting or for the more serious minded there is the abbey Le Thoronet with its concerts or visiting the beautiful surrounding villages. The airports of nice (1hr) and Marseille (1hr 20) have cheap and regular flights. The villa is perfect for 2 families or couples who want the space and peace as there are many areas to sit and relax, or just sit round the pool.

This is a lovely villa which has been renovated and extended to a high standard with its own private pool and views. Considerable time and money has been spent on the property and last years guests have been more than complimentary about their time there.

Studio rental on a bed and breakfast basis.  

A  charming studio between Grasse and Opio in the midst of Olive groves, for two people.  The studio is in the converted 18th century mas with a private terrace for sunbathing and breakfast.

The studio consists of double bed, dining room, sofa, bathroom and facilities include swimming pool, internet WIFI access, air conditioning and private car park.

Breakfast is provided by the owners and left in your fridge so you may help yourself at any time.  

Large grounds to relax in the shade of the olive trees.

We are 15kms from the sea and activities nearby include hiking trails, river fishing, Cannes and its festivals, Grasse and its perfume factories and shops.  

Golf nearby:  We are only two minutes from the golf course Opio Valbonne, 10 minutes from Golf Claux Amic and Biot Golf Course and 20 minutes from the golf courses at Mougins with many other golf courses within 40 minutes drive.

Opio Valbonne Golf Course 18 holes: 5931m: par 72.
In the grounds of the Château de la Bégude, Opio Valbonne is an approachable course through fairly tight woodland. Not as exacting as some maybe, but with a friendly, laid back, atmosphere and superb lunches you are assured of a very relaxing day.

Biot Golf Course - 18 holes  Par 67  4511 m
Designed in 1930, the "Bastide du Roy" course shows a flat and short relief, rather narrow and accessible to all levels of play. Full of charm, rustic and romantic, the landscape as well as the course will seduce all players, younger as older ones.

Golf Claux Amic 18 holes: 6021m: par 72
High above Cannes and overlooking Grasse and the Med. Reasonably hilly with superb views - now back in prime condition.

St. Donat Golf Club 18 holes: 6031m: par 71
A typical Trent Jones course, albeit modified by the terrain in places. Wends its way through gently sloping terrain, and around the pretty loops of the rivulet.  Very popular with local golfers at the weekends.

Cannes Mougins Golf Course 6236m par 72
Cannes Mougins Golf Course is one of the most prestigious on the Cote D'Azur. Created by Allis and Thomas and modeled on the great English courses, this golf is 6236 metres long par 72 

La Grande Bastide Golf Course 18 holes: 6105m: par 72.
In a large shalllow bowl just outside Grasse, Grande Bastide has a North American feel to the style of the holes. Plenty of water and sand to entertain you under the gaze of the overlooking hills.

This course is well protected by bunkers and water features, particularly on the first and eigth hole and requires straight hitting, a number of valleys and slopes on the fairways.

Bedroom Rose de Sables : Bedroom of 18 m² with a Queen size bed, Laura Ashley bedding, private bathroom with hand painted tiles of Salerne with walk-in-shower and WC. Private Terrace and entrance with table and sunbeds amidst the 100 year old olive trees.

The Parc Settings

A Parc of 5000 m² with 100 year old olive and fruit trees and a vegetable garden. Big pool of 12 x 5 m, Gloriette with breakfast table, terraces with sunbeds and parasols.

In the shade of the olive trees, breakfast will be served under a Pergola with a beautiful view which reminds you of Tuscany.
Parking is inside the property.
