As well, there are books, music, backgammon and wifi on site.

The 72 par course, designed by the American architect Ronald Fream, spreading over 198 acres of oak trees and meadows around the village and the Chateau, winds away from the clubhouse to the South before curving to the North around the chateau before reappearing from the East to finish on the 18th just below the Clubhouse terrace.

Chiberta is one of the great French examples of a links course, designed by the legendary Tom Simpson. This course is one of the most rewarding courses in France, and provides a wonderful day of golf to all who play on it. The original design has been preserved, although the wilder features have been smoothed away by automatic sprinklers and a number of 'improvements' that are not quite as inspired as we might have hoped.
Often tight with a few formidably sloping fairways and small greens, the course demands precision more than length off the tee. The original architect was Harry Colt, but with the variety of styles around the course, we suspect his design might have been altered here and there, perhaps less so on the front 9, which are of a higher standard than the rest of the course.
La Nivelle golf course is approaching its centurion birthday and still remains rated as one of Europe's very best.The course is short, however achieving par is extremely tough and the small greens make it a challenge for even the very best golfer.

]]>Villa Hiru Anaiak, in Saint-Jean-de-Luz, provides the ideal accommodation for your holidays and golf trips on the Basque coast, in the Biarritz region and even as a base from where to discover the south-west of France.
The villa is situated in the centre of Saint-Jean-de-Luz, just 500m from the beach and less than 3km from the town’s two golf courses: the Chantaco Golf Course (2.6km) and the Nivelle Golf Course (3km by car, 2km walking).
There are 8 golf courses within a 20km radius of Villa Hiru Anaiak and 12 golf courses less than 65km away.
The villa, which has been owned by the same family for 3 generations, was designed by the architect, André Pavlovski, renowned for his large villas with spacious accommodation.
The villa (250m²) has a large living room (60m²) that opens out onto the terrace and garden, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor.
Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have access to the upper floor terrace, and 3 bathrooms.
The villa is rented in its entirety and can sleep up to 9 people.

In this case, the tenants have their own bedroom and bathroom and also have access to the other areas – living room, kitchen, terrace, and garden – that are shared with other tenants. Tenants can prepare their meals, relax in the living room or on the terrace after a round of golf, settle into a sofa for a good read, just as they wish.
Non-golfers will find a multitude of attractions: the beach is just 500m from the villa and the town centre is just a short walk away with its famous church, the fishing port, the market, the house where Louis 14 stayed, typical Basque architecture … 2 thalasso centers to take care of themselves, one cinema to have breaks, and the shops to go shopping!!

In fact, when it comes to location, Sunset is second-to-none. Nestled along the French Basque coast in Bidart, the beach here is quiet and untouched.
