Hylands Golf Complex and Academy
Hylands Golf Complex was part of the old Hylands Estate in bygone days. Two notable previous owners who lived at the mansion on the Hylands Estate were the Pryors and the Hanburys. It is appropriate that we have named our two courses after them, as they both had an active part in helping shape and preserve the land and local heritage as we know today.
Channels Course - Par 71 SSS 71: Channels is our main eighteen hole course and mixes some of the old holes with some of the new. A magnificent course, boasting some of the finest greens in the county, superbly managed and kept in peak condition. Being mainly on restored land, it is quite unique to Essex with its numerous lakes and undulating fairways.
Belsteads Course - Par 67 SSS 63 - nine hole course which has two different tees for both men and Ladies, so you can in fact play it as a full 18 holes. It is an ideal course for golfers new to the game, it is still a good challenge for the more accomplished player.
Set in a beautiful valley Crondon Park is home to a magnificent Par 72 Championship Golf Course and our Willows Edge 9 Hole Par 3 Course that will challenge all levels of playing ability. For our members and guests we offer great golf and great facilities to suit.
